I liked the modern, clean geometrical lines of this one but not sure how well it would translate with a stock photo as the main photo instead of a single doctor. I also like how the background scrolls differently than the text.

Welcome to Bates Dental

I like how the “Book an Appointment” tab and the bar on the top stays fixed and doesn’t go away when scrolling. Also like the text scrolling on the fixed background. I would prefer to have the links listed across the top, rather than a hamburger menu

I like the general layout of this one but feel like it lacks easily accessible information.

I prefer to have the landing page short, with not much scrolling required. As far as the main menu bar items: About Us, Services, Smile Gallery, Patient Education, New Patients, Contact

Hopefully thats enough for us to start working with.

1. You would be providing me with the AI file for the new logo
2. Your Office manager was compiling headshots/bios for your staff members for me to include on the site
3. New office images will be taken and provided to me sometime in the near future
4. Here was a link to Shutterstock if you would like me to acquire some particular images for the website. Simply provide me the URL or the “Stock Photo ID”
5. Providing me with login credentials for the godaddy account where your domain resides, when available

Overall feel he likes is Modern/Clean/Simple?Visual/Easy to Navigate

Colors – Teal and Gray (Same as what they have on the current site)

They have several emails associated with domain name – I let him know that if domain is transferred over, he would have to back up emails and would no longer be able to access them from his email software – he was fine with this and let me know there were only a couple emails that they will be using for the new site.

– Dr. is providing me with updated logo file
– Had stated that the content from their current site is fine to migrate over
– use OUR content to replace theirs
– Its a multi-Doctor practice and wanted the welcome area to be a general introduction to the practice where the button links to the meet the doctor’s page
– He has a staff of about 25 people and is having office manager compile biographies/images for each, which he will provide once he has them

– He may want to use images of the San Jose area or personal photos in the website so that they’re not all stock images – I let him know that we use shutterstock and that he can browse the platform and notify me of any images he likes or would like me to acquire for the website.

– Doctor mentioned that they don’t have a time frame for this website – Don’t let him prolong the process…
**** Dr. mentioned that they havent chosen a theme yet, which he will consult with the other doctors this week to decide on one to use.

*** I requested that doctor get login credentials for godaddy account where domain resides – old hosting company has all access to this information. He said he would get these and provide once he has them
