Dr. Huffman called inquiring about his online visibility – He’s currently still associated with his old practice www.mytotaldentistry.com and would no longer like to be associated with this when google searching his name.
I let him know that once the site is up and social media created all of these elements should take precedence over his current online presence. Also notified him that this would take time to propagate through the web and wouldn’t be instant, he agreed and understood.

– He let me know that he is still compiling content and images and would be providing me as they’re available.

They like something Visual/simple/easy to navigate/minimal text

Colors – like a seafoam green and white

Imagery:
Ethnicity + demographic – Mostly elderly, middle class caucasian – some african american clients but not many
Incorporate an image of Ohio river maybe, if there is something good. Jenna mentioned that keyword searching “Mid Ohio Valley” for images would yield the best results

** Jenna will be providing me with an EPS and jpeg file for the logo – I let her know that I would be sending her a link to our content library

They’re having an issue with their preferred domain name belpredentalsolutions.com – former employee frmo 5 years ago had registered domain but never recorded the login credentials – I let them know to contact ATT to explain their situation to see if ATT can provide them with renewed credentials.(their desired domain name expires end of march, so would be available then)

I would also send them suggestions for domain names if they decided they dont want to wait for the belpredentalsolutions.com to expire.
