My name is Charles and I am working with Dr. Vemula in developing and launching her new website. I can see through a whois search that the domain resides in a Network Solutions account and I wanted to request login credentials to this account so that I can make necessary updates for the domain name https://www.sterling-dentist.com/, as we approach being ready to launch Dr. Vemulas website.

We decided to go with logo option 4

I let Pavan know that I was working on getting the site to him and Dr. Vemula by today or tomorrow

– Let him know I would contact Dave (from email i was cc’ed in) to get the registrar login credentials for the domain name (I will be setting site forwarding to the new domain name Pavan and Dr. Vemula decide on)

– Pavan let me know that he and Dr. Vemula were deciding on a domain name as Arka family dental was taken – let him know that I can acquire this domain name once they decide.

Spoke wih Dr. Regarding Logo Design – She prefers #1 – Is looking it over with colleagues to get another opinion and will get back to me regarding their decision/feedback

– I let her know that I was still inputting content into the site which I would get to her no later than Thursday

– Also let her know that once they make a decision on which logo to use, I can provide them with flyers and business cards fairly quickly.

She likes the logo attached (NH logo as well as other examples included) – Alphabets, Initials, Name
Try something with “AFD” – with wording below “DENTISTRY DEDICATED TO EXCELLENCE”

Also try a couple versions using Dr.s name: “Roja Vemula DDS”

She had mentioned she liked icons used to show services – like bates dental – let her know that elements from various themes cannot be mixed and matched – she underrstood and agreed to stay with current theme “jenna (I think)”

She mentioned that she doesn’t want the content from the old site (already tasked dev to migrate content) She may be under the impression that I will be writing content for her – I reiterated to her that we havev content which I will include, which is readily available for her to update/personalize

Wants the logo first and the website to be ready by February 10th – I let her know the process moves as fast as they are responsive.

Asked Dr. to fill out the logo and design questionnaires asap to give her and myself a better understanding of the design elements to consider – she said she would do this by tomorrow.

1. You will receive an initial five concepts to start with. We can mix and match designs! At this point, try to focus on shapes and fonts rather than color.
2. Revisions: You will get approximately to 5 rounds of revisions. Let us know what suites you and what does not, don’t worry, we’ll try our best to get them as close as possible!
3. Approval: After the logo is approved, we’ll send you a set of files that can be used with any print shop or graphic designer. We’ll also add it to the website.
