Also, I wasn’t able to open the Previous brochure 3 attachment as it is a .pub format. Could you resend this as a docx file or some other word document, or you could even copy and paste the contents into a google doc file and share the link with me? Whichever is easiest for you!

Create a “Meet Our Staff” page – Add this page as a submenu under About Us

Add images attached using divi 1/3 – 2/3 layout – Just add the images for now as there is no text to go along with the images

Thank you for speaking with me today!

Just a recap of our conversation earlier:

1. You were going to go through the site in detail to list various edits you would like me to make in specific pages.

2. You would be providing me images (also instructions on where to input these photos)

3. I will be removing the main image of the man in blue, but you would be replicating the pose of this image at your practice, as this current image the man is working on bridges, which you don’t do.

4. You would be working creating social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter Google business listing) I’ve included a link to set up your Google business listing – it’s simple and really intuitive to set up.

5. You had instructed me that if I hadn’t received an email with some updates by Monday afternoon, to give you a call and use my “colorful language” 🙂

Spoke With Champa on phone – She listed some edits which I have already addressed.

She realized how much she needed to get involved stating”the ball is in my court”. I let her know to go through the site in detail and to list all of the eidts she would like for each page. She agreed and asked that if I dont recieve anything from her by Monday afternoon 1/15/18 to send her an email and give her a call to get the updates.

Overall she liked the site:

– Told her I would look into making the translucent square over hero images more transparent, as she doesnt like how it covers the image.

– She had mentioned she doesnt want any forms on the page – most clients dont email but call in (I have removed all forms from site already)

– She will be sending me updated images

** Doctor is busy and needs constant follow ups to help push her
Spoke with Champa, the new owner of the practice – She didnt have many design preferences for the website – even the questionnaire she had filled out she had left many areas blank. She is leaving the these design preferences to us.

– She was apologetic about not being responsive – stated she is very busy as the owner and let her know that if she needs time, let me know and that we dont want to rush her.

Practice is catered towards doctors themselves, not the clients, so will include more technical images

– she didnt list any of her preferences for sections on the DQ and had some ideas on presenting the staff on the front page – I let her know a better way to present this, she agreed and understood that we should be presenting a more comprehensive view of her practice as opposed to featuring information that isnt very important to visitors to her site.

– Doctor is working on providing me with images (I had requested original images, as she had provided a pdf brochure with images embedded in them)

– also let Champa know that we have some content regarding dental labs and that she can provide any other content for specific procedures.

– She is fine with me using text and stock images as placeholders while she compiles more content and images
– Her main concern was making the website mobile responsive
*** Doctor provided a brochure of information which she stated is best to reference as the information on it is more current than the website
*** Doctor is also working on a new logo which she will provide once done

*** Doctor also has 3 domain names – doesnt have a preference for which one to use (will use newhorizonsdentallab.com) others will be forwarded to this one

*** Will get her a website by the end of next week (12/22) that way she has a better visualization on where she can place the content she was working on.

At the moment I just needed a little more design specification from you to choose an appropriate them to begin populating your website. Did you have a preference for an overall feel for your site? Did you want something modern, elegant, simple and clean, professional, sleek, white and bright? I noticed that your current site is more sleek and technical, is this a design approach that you would like us to continue with?

Also, did you have any content you can provide me (Logo File, Doctors Bio/image, Staff images, Office images)? I can use your current site to begin retrieving text content but would need you to provide images so that I can display them at their best resolution 🙂
