Called within 5 mins. Spoke to Manoj who was the dr. – he put me on hold for about a minute.

Asked Dr to provide his website so I can review. Told him that I am quite aware of Eyecare Pro and similar companies such as that assuring him that we are complete opposite.

Gave him overview of what we do vs others when it came to QPS.

His site is secured and has an accessibility version. Dr had mentioned that he wants full admin access to install plugins of his choice. I brought up the capability is available indirectly by letting him know that he has full ownership of his site which is a very valuable feature that template-based companies can not offer which is an option he has in the future if he were to host on his own.

Dr asked a few time for pricing but I was trying to gauge more information and had eventually asked what is the base cost of your “1st package”. I had quoted him the SELECT+ADAPT feature to start off with because that’s what he has right now. Quoted him TWO installments of $2,249… he asked “2 installments of $250?”, reiterated to him that it is $2,500 not $250. He hung up after that.

Sent dr an email with information highlighting everything I had presented along with examples of currnet projects we’re working on specifically Eye Care clients. and asked what had happened and that I had tried calling back but went to vm.
