She was a little upset that she wasn’t getting educational videos – I let her know that thesee were included in the Connect package, which also had blogging and social media setup/management. I reassured her that she can set up social media on her own as well as log on her own and that most patients briefly read the content and would like to hear from the Dr. about whichever procedure they were undertaking – she agreed to proceed without having access to educational videos

She is fixated on having the website to reflect a calming environment – as “dentistry is very stressful”
Colors and imagery should communicate promote a calming environment.

– Dr. requested music background for the site (double check with belinda)
– Dr. also requested a spanish version – if not, maybe just having the most important menu items written in a spanish version as well, similar to http://www.lucerodental.com/ (check with belinda)

She would like to speak with vivian about possibly adding on a Branding package – had even inquired about pricing for the Connect package.

*** Follow Up with Dr. requesting godaddy login credentials – also send her links to our content library so she can see our formatting as well as choose what she wants to include. I let her know that the content is generic but is readily available for her/us to personalize to her practice.

All of these site examples were visual, modern and easy to navigate which, I understood you were looking for. If there was one in particular you liked, I can work on something similar to it, or we can pull elements from multiple sites to customize the design even further!

Sent Dr. som site examples – she really liked http://thomaskennedydds.com/ I will be sending her more site examples that are similar.
She likes and would like to utilize video backgrounds and educational videos in the content. I let her know that I would double check wether this was included in her package as well as assuring her that video background could be integrated into the header image should she be able to coordinate having a professional photographer put one together for her
– Dr. is working on compiling Content: Bio, Profile Pic – Office photos are pending until the practice is open – let her know that I will be using generic content as well as stock imagery
– She had stated that her daughter was working on putting the logo together – she had inquired whether this was in her package as well
