Dr called back within 10 mins of my message. Dr currently already has a site recently developed (not aesthetically good) and also SEO. Was looking for Social Media Marketing only. Quoted Dr:

San Jose, CA – highly competitive

Social Ad: $249 + 20% of budget (min $200/m which is $1,000 budget)
PPC: $199 + $15% of budget (min $100/m which is $660 budget)
SEO: $999 setup + $25/hr (50 hours recommended min)

She also has someone doing PPC which i had pointed out how we can do it more effectively by giving her some pointers. She said she s been doing it for about 4 months now and it hasn’t yield any results. Gave her overview of our approach and the mgmt feature vs others showing no transparency.

Spent about 20 mins on the phone with her. Dr requests to email her the info to review with her husband along with references for the PPC so she can contact. Original inquiry was for Social Ad only.

Also went into details with the SEO, she’s been doing it for over a year now. Area is extremely competitive. Went over our fees for SEO as well which is $25/hr min of 50 hours ($1,250/m). Gave her pointers on our technique and will show her examples as well of clients that are on the 1st page.
