Diane called in. Dr’s wife. Looking to redevelop current site and is already in the process of shopping around. Found out later on in convo she spoke to PBHS. She wants to know the comparison between us and others to compare apples to apples.
Her son is now a partner in the practice and will slowly phase out her husband hence why they are looking to modernize everything. Has logo and social so wants to keep it the same. Site was originally designed by her daughter who now has a family with no time invested in this. They are currently hosting on their own and recently renewed and stated that they want to control it after it is done which I later on pointed out to her this as 1 of the main feature (ownership) that will allow it. She asked if she pays us in the ftuure for updates which i explained to her why we don’t. She understood why too.
Discuss the 360 Shield. Looking for hipaa-forms only and not the emails or adapt. She mentioned why it is ridiculous about the AwDA and refused to even consider doing it even after i went over with her the issue that she may face. Emails she already has with another company managing it.
Gave her a quote for custom Gold with 360 Shiled based on the today’s pricing sheet adding it a-a la cart which i even included $299 at reg fee even with the exemption of email and adapt. ($4000 + $79 & $1,500 + $299)
She asked for me to email her the proposal separating the 2 cause it ‘ll come down to budget. She said it is higher than what she was quoted which i pointed to her the differences already and the value with ours long-term wise.
Overall, she was very appreciative and it could go either way. She stated she will reply to confirm receipt.
