Hello Desire. This is more eye catching. I like the colors and the layout. We can work on the pictures to reflect a little more diversity and coping my photo to just head shot. Also the font on the logo is difficult to read. I would like to keep the multi-colored infinity sign, but perhaps changing the font.

this one is missing the Linked In icon.

This is the design I like. I like the layout of this site, the colors and the feel. Not fond of my picture being front and center as in the draft but like how it is on this site. The picture of the city may be better lower on the page as it is too busy looking to be front and center. The blue color band is not eye catching to me.
The informational parts…depression, anxiety ect…can be across the bottom of the page similar to the bottom of this dentistry sample site.

Hello Desire,
I am not fond of the design. It is difficult to read and see the content on the page. Also I prefer more vibrant and lively look. I saw some of the dentistry pages with vibrant pictures of the city and words that pop out. This design looks boring compared to that.

-soothing but lively
-wants “vibrant” pictures of the city (Detroit)
-colors need to be more “vibrant”
-text needs to be easier to read
-does not want white space; add more color
-likes the structure
-“upscale” feel

The child and adult history form are approx 15 pages long. I chose this company because I was assured that clients could complete the forms online without printing and submitting by fax or email. I liked the first website from the psychiatrist Dr. Iyer. Her blog is nice. She included natural ways to treat mental illness which is what I wanted. And also like the Recovery Now website that has the ADHD self testing. Both offer genetic testing for medications which is something I’m looking into also.

Spoke to Markita yesterday. Spent about 30 mins over teh phone. Extremely nice.

It is for her telehealth which will be dealing with online. No actual office. Wants to do payment too. Doesn’t know much about payment and building site. Had a very low budget, didnt mention what.

Main thing is to have site up and process streamlined, company to understand the business which I told her i know. its a trend now that many medical practices are doing that is popular.

She will eventually want forms to be filled out and submitted but not now, wants site up first. Had quoted her the SELECT and also the SECURITY PACKAGE ($999 + $99/m, current special pricing). Told her to order it now cause pricing will increase. She will consider it.

Gave her suggestion for bill pay through paypal and how it works independently of the site.

The SELECT will have SSL which will cover the basic so in the future she can get the forms

She had a very difficult time understanding in general, wanted to keep it as simple as possible so the approach i had suggested is to go with the site, then next year when ready, the SECURITY and FORMS.

Was also inquiring about design for business card, flyer, and letterheads (no logo), even asked about printing which I had explained to her that she can have that done locally.

Sent her proposal for SELECT, included quotes in email for the $999 +$99/m for HIPAA email and HIPAA form. This pricing usually includes SSL too but I’ve already put that in the SELECT at $4,500 + $99/m

Called, Markita immediately told me if I can call her back in a couple of hours. Told her i’ll call her in a few hours, also told her that my call is in regard to her inquiry.

Her domain based on her email is not working. Page currently shows its invalid. (see attached screenshot)
