Called Anesa, very nice. Current practice has 2 doctors, 1 of the doctors is opening her own private practice so they remaining dr she works for wants to redo logo and rebrand the site. Also the current company they are working with right now is not delivering what was told or promise. She wants to work with a company that has transparency.

Gave her an overview of what we do compared to others when it came to QPS. Assured her how we are transparent with our clients by pointing out some main pointers which are no contracts and our excellent # of reviews.

Gave her pointers as well our streamlined design process and how we develp the site from patients perspective focusing on maximizing visitor. This is important in the dental industry which we specialize in as well too compared to MEDIA companies (like the one she is with and to avoid). Told her its like us offering Media in addition to what we specialize in which is web + marketing for dentist. Media company offers template design like what she has.

Told her other advantages as far as investing it right from the beginning vs paying $2-$4k for a template that she won’t own especially when branding is important to them.

Recommended the Platinum Package with the 360 Shield. She said she saw that package online but was not interested. Addressed to her the importance of it. She said to just put on the proposal when she discuss with the dr cause she’s gathering info right now and will see if it fits into their immediate budget. She’s not too sure what their budget is.

Sent her contract and bulleted points from my discussion with her along with examples of current project. Stated that they are looking to get this completed by around Feb 2018.
