Dr had called, lm on main #. Called Dr back within 10 mins. Extremely nice. Stated he is shopping around right now comparing proposals. Practice is opening around Feb/Mar 2018. Just got his DBA. No domain yet, just practice name. Single dr. Looking for logo and marketing.

Gave him overview of what we do and how we compare when it comes to QPS. Likes that it is custom from scratch and was not aware custom design is different from what we do. Gave him design process and how streamlined it is cause it seems that what he wants (minimal work). Gave him pointers on the advantage of us since we are focused in Dental and how designing a site is not like other businesses which he likes. Content is provided for him whcih he asked and told him it is for his convenience to rewrite. Didn’t go over or tell him 10 pages are included.

Overall, didn’t talk about pricing cause dr wants me to send over what i recommend to compare. Potentially very hot cause he’s sold on the presentation, it’ll come down to budgetwhich I will get a better feel with the response and f/u. Will propose Platinum and 360 Shield.

Also went over marketing and how we do it vs others and reason why. He liked that there’s no contract and there’s transparency. Will discuss near launch next year. Dr gave email to email him and stated he will reply to confirm. Very very nice.
