    told Tim I do understand that him and his client are doing their due diligence which we encourage because when it comes to QPS, ours is very competitive.     replied back letting him know about the GOLD and the 360Shield cost and features that was presented at the time. Proposed for him the PLATINUM then add the 360 Shield at $1,500 + $299/m. made lead aware that there are new packages online as of today and that we will be going under this new pricing and package structure as of Nov 17th (after this Friday)

    Called Timothy 5 mins after inquiry. Extremely nice and friendly. He is the marketing guy there handling this research to redevelop their current site which is with PBHS. he doesn’t like them for many reasons. Primararily needs a site to be mobile responsive and have pt form download capability and contact form to REQUEST appts.

    Gave him overview of what we do when it came to QPS. Our streamlined design process. Gave him marketing perspective since he’s marketing guru how our designs are focused on maximizing visitor conversion. Gave him some tips which was in-line with what he wants to do (basic stuff like call to action visible at all times, which he got really excited when i said that).

    Discussed with him the Patient Portal for the forms and scheduling which he undrstands what we do is not that and he said its too technical now for the drs anyways and can get into that later on in the future by checking with the practice management software.

    Quoted him the Platinum Package with NO LOGO but at regular price of $6,000 + $149/m. Gave him quote for 360 Shield as well and the importance of it but similar to the patient portal, he wants to focus on this now which is the makeover.

    Sent him contract with examples of work. He stated he will reply to confirm. Gathering info for dr right now but hot lead, will now depend on dr’s response to quote.

    replied clarifying those 2 questions which we will do by navigating patients through the site for new and current patients with the reviews but ideally keep them on the site vs navigating away. For social, gave him overview of approach to social media as far as engaging with the network, quality over quantity vs how other social companies do it which is a negative thing. Confirmed that we don't just do setup but also brand and manage the social whcih is included in the platinum.
