    Called Laura at our scheduled time. Super nice. Wanted to go over the email exchange I’ve had with Dr. Pack since last week which she hopped into the thread later on. She didn’t see didn’t look at the 1st email within the thread with general information, only the exchange after that regarding the exclusivity of web & marketing clients in 1 city since we have one in their area that he pointed out to me.

    Basically gave her an entire presentation of what we do when it comes to QPS, design process, how Web and Marketing are separate products which serves 2 different purposes. Also told her how we compare to others and what to avoid for WEb and Marketing when she is inquiring.

    Told her how Marketing works and its intention. Quoted her 15% of their budget for the mgmt and to avoid other marketing companies tactic which has no transparency.

    Advised her to focus on the website development to prep for the marketing. Went over the Platinum and 360 Shield. I did this as an add-on because she had mentioned that they may have the site hosted on their own and handle the SSL afterwards and if anything, will add it a-la-cart. Quoted her $1,500/initial + $149/m (add’l to $149/m for platinum).

    They have a LOGO already but included it in the PLATINUM full price: $6,000 + $149/m

    Told her i’ll send her a new email (asked for hers) with all the information (cc dr pack too) and examples of current projects so she can see the design process along with the proposal to review with the Dr. Currently shopping around. She stated she will reply back to me to confirm receipt.

    Thank you for your timely response. I will be calling to discuss your company and capabilities very soon. One question I have is about exclusivity. I noticed you are the provider for a pedo/ortho office in my city. Since they are primarily pedo does that allow you to perform work for me?”

    sent him a long reply confirming that client doesn't have marketing and that he is not blocked. Gave him an overview of our Web and Marketing approach and the advantages with us vs others. Asked dr if he can find some time out of his busy schedule, i would like to setup a call to clarify cause it seems like the back/forth emails are not clear to him.

I am confused about letting 2 clients per city have your marketing services. If they are both orthodontists then you have competition. If one is a GP and the other an orthodontist then you don't. I believe you have done Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics website. I have no idea about their marketing. What is an approximate monthly fee to perform both the website and marketing functions that are described on the 360 website?"

    replied tellign dr apologies for confusion. Told him that we limit 2 clients per city for Marketing. Asked dr which client he was referring to so i can check. Also told dr that we offer Web and Marketing separately so we have clients that have both, some web but no marketing, and very few that are no web with us but with marketing.

    replied back to dr in details how our design quality will be a non-factor vs template companies. Ours are custom from scratch so they are all unique and with this we offer our clients full ownership and exclusivity which once again is not offered by template-based companies. Pointed to him that Website Design (specifically our quality) is not like Marketing which we do limit 2 clients per city in that scneario.

    called the office again, I think her name was "hope" that picked up stating Dr. Tracy was with a patient. Very nice. Dr Tracy Pack is a MAN cause she said "HE". She got my info and asked about pricing (seems like when she put me on hold, dr told her to ask me that). I told her that we have packages but prefer to discuss with our clients what features so we can put together a custom proposal based on the features and their budget. She understood. Told her i'll shoot him an email right now with gen info, range of cost and examples of our current project and if he can, shoot me a reply confirmation.
