    This company is charging you more on the monthly basis for very similar on-going services.

    Competitor: $4,000 + $450/m (x 12 months) = $9,400
    — They are requiring a 3 month contract! (Contracts are red flags! Obligated to pay if you are not happy)
    Optimized360: $5,000 + $228/m (x 12 Months) = $7,736

    Price Difference: $1,664 savings if you work with our company.

    We have the reputation and ranking to prove it!

    These are totally two different types of designs! Apples to Oranges at this point.

    On top of that, how do you know it is a template aka “Semi-Custom Design”?
    It says FREE DESIGN UPGRADES EVERY YEAR. That is also another red flag that you are getting a template.

    You are better off with Wix if you want a template.

    I really feel confident that our pricing and quality work provided for your practice is well worth the investment and does not compare with this competitor.

    I can point out more things but all these are very straightforward catches.

    Dr. Tapaltsyan, If you take a look at the competitor's business longevity and location, you can see the difference as well. Some points based on the competitor: Based in Chicago Take a look at the street view (See Street View . PNG attachment) - looks like they are working out of an apartment! Our company is in California - over 14 years of experience - CEO is a dentist himself Google Listing Their own business listing is not even claimed! Will they do it for you? (See Competitor . PNG attachment) They don't even have business hours listed - (Time Zone Difference) They don't even have reviews from clients? So how long have they been in business? If you are a numbers guy, you already almost spent $10k at the end of the 1st year. Going all the way $960 more with our company would be well worth it. After 1st Year Expenses: Competitor ($450/m): $5,400 Optimized360 ($380/m): 4,560 ($840 savings EACH YEAR) It does not make sense to me that you do not want to spend $960 more with us to save $840 EACH YEAR for "similar services". At the end of the day, I completely respect your decision but I feel you would get a better product for $960 more with our company. Thank you and I look forward to working with you.

Assuming a small standard deviation among companies in website design and optimization (say what you want, at the end of the day all of you guys do pretty much an equally great job with custom design, custom non-prefab updated content, otherwise your companies would go out of business): So your firm: [ $230 + $50 (top tier ssl) + $100 (rep mgmt)]*12 +$500+300 (setup fees) + $5000 (website) = $10,360 Competitor: $450 * 12 + $4000 = $9400 What am I missing here.

I was going based off of what was showcased on their website. 1) Their $450 a month includes dedicated hosting, SSL certificate, reputation management (monitoring of all review sites, acquisition of reviews on yelp, google, etc), social media weekly posts, monthly custom blogging, local directory submissions to 50+ directories, free edits & updates, marketing exclusivity agreement, log in to an analytics dashboard and call tracking? Is all of that included in your package? If not, how much would all of that cost? We provide all but some main points to highlight and be clear about. SSL Certificate, just so you are aware... there are different levels of SSL Certificate encryptions. You can check on GoDaddy. They might invest in a very cheap one for you just to say you have the encryption. Our company, on the other hand, provides a top-tier Health Care Business Level SSL Certificate. This can be purchased for an additional price at any given time in the future for $499 + $49/m Reputation Management, we can provide a 3rd party business listing for you which you can filter reviews and easily capture reviews in the office. What makes our product so unique? We optimize this page so that it shows above other review sites that you do not have control over! Within the $228/m for us, we are creating custom rich articles to post to your blog which helps out with your SEO other than the quality coding and content you are investing in. This plays a significant factor in helping with your ranking... otherwise, you can go with a template for cheap and it won't even show on the 1st Page of Google because it would cause a lower user experience for people using Google's Search Engine. Only the relevant and unique sites that have the quality will show well and provide a better user experience for Google's users. Again, this is what you are investing in with us. On a personal note, I know I'm a pain in the ass to work with, but I take all financial decisions very seriously. As personal as I like to be, at the end of the day, it is all business.     Secondly, as you can see, their custom website, which is ready to go, is set at $4000. Whereas their month upkeep is ~450, it is independent of the website and there are no different website costs for social media/no social media. This way, I could create the website with them and just transfer the monthly service to you guys (I retain rights to all content of the website).

    When it comes to custom design, most of the money is spent on content. Well written, SEO content is crucial to high rankings and generating leads. Secondly, is quality design. We design in house from the ground up. We do not use existing themes for your design. This takes a lot of time and proper coding to make sure everything is SEO friendly and still fits your vision. We also focus on MUCH MORE than a good homepage (see below). This is an area I have wiggle room in with a commitment to our Peak Performance Package – $4000 w/ 3 months of the Peak Performance to show you our work.

    If you are truly getting everything in our Peak Performance Package + Market Exclusivity + Dedicated support rep + top of the line customer service for $250/month – then I am extremely impressed or weary. $250 would not cover our hard costs and monthly time spent on optimizations, blogging, and posting.

    I can’t speak to everything this company offers but I went ahead and dug out some specifics of our services that you can read into below. I believe these make us stand out. If you would like references, I would be happy to provide some for you as well.

I assume you guys can do this. Our company does not limit you on a number of pages for the site. I would recommend that your site isn't like an encyclopedia though!. We will have content for the services in which you provide within your office -- we are dental focused. 2) For photography, do you guys have a photographer or is this something I need to get? In regards to photography, I would recommend that you have a nice backdrop, steady hands, and phone technology is just incredible nowadays. Once you send the photos over to us, we have all the photoshopping tools to make your pictures look nice. You are always more than welcome to hire a professional photographer but I feel you should be fine with the new iPhones or even a Google Pixel. I'm sure you have seen those commercials that show a safari scene and then at the end of the commercial it shows, "shot on an iPhone" . Technology is just that good! (: 3) If I have videos (tour of office, about, etc), can you integrate them? Yes, I would recommend uploading it to your YouTube account. 4) Who hosts the website? Download speeds are very important so I want to make sure the site loads fast.     Dr. Tapaltsyan, 1) When it comes to the custom website, I'd like something in the 20-30 page range, with each type of procedure (implants, Invisalign, etc) having its own fully optimized page. I assume you guys can do this. Our company does not limit you on a number of pages for the site. I would recommend that your site isn't like an encyclopedia though!. We will have content for the services in which you provide within your office -- we are dental focused. 2) For photography, do you guys have a photographer or is this something I need to get? In regards to photography, I would recommend that you have a nice backdrop, steady hands, and phone technology is just incredible nowadays. Once you send the photos over to us, we have all the photoshopping tools to make your pictures look nice. You are always more than welcome to hire a professional photographer but I feel you should be fine with the new iPhones or even a Google Pixel. I'm sure you have seen those commercials that show a safari scene and then at the end of the commercial it shows, "shot on an iPhone" . Technology is just that good! (: 3) If I have videos (tour of office, about, etc), can you integrate them? Yes, I would recommend uploading it to your YouTube account. 4) Who hosts the website? Download speeds are very important so I want to make sure the site loads fast. By default, your site will be mobile responsive (mobile friendly). 6) When you mentioned custom regular content updates - I just have to tell you guys what topic to write about, right? Part of social marketing, you will have a social marketing manager to create the articles based on the topics of your choice.
