My name is Jessica and I will be the designer working with you every step of the way, starting from concept to going live! I had a quick meeting with your account consultant earlier to discuss your account and review the notes you initially had.

dr request tomorrow, tried for next week but dr wants it sooner than later. Told him he has to fill out questionnaire by ton. Sent him questionnaire already.
adjusted the package to $5,000 + $99/m removing the video, blog, prem seo, and social. Going with GOLD + Logo ($999). Told him $4,500 is hard to match like Dr. Desai cause she only added Social Setup $500 vs Dr Auyong priority out of the features in the platinum is the logo.

emailed Jonathan with the proposed updated contract to get it closer to $4,500. Poitned out to him that Dr. Desai and Dr. Auyong have 2 different criterias so I can't do the same at the $4,500 similar to Dr. Desai cause it came with Social and Dr. Auyong's priority was logo which is valued more. Showed him some logo we are working on to assure him our capability bc this was the issue Dr. Auyong is having with the current logo designer doing his whcih is not what he wants.
What can we do to get this more in line with where Dr. Desai is coming in at price point wise. His budget is tight and he’s nervous about moving forward. I know that logo design is on his proposal so if that needs cut would there be anything else that needs cut to get down to where she is at so we can get this done and move forward. Timing is of the essence so if we need to consider a semi custom option I think that could work as well versus full custom just b/c I know it takes more time.

Jonathan emailed me reference Dr. Desai (female) who finalized earlier this week already. His emailed stated "he" and included Dr. Auyong's proposal. I called him to confirm we are talking about the same client that he's referring to me. LM on his cell to call me back and to discuss to finalize.
Called dr per scheduled call. Opening a brand new practice in Laguna Niguel around the end of the year. Looking to get a logo developed too. Was working with Jonathan (consultant that referred to me) but it wasn’t what he’s looking for with the logo he had in mind. He said his practice is unique and wants to reflect that which i assured him with our type of design work that will definitely accurately portray and brand his practice.
He mentioned he went to USC and saw 1 of the example which is our client (vivienne, my sis), i brought up that he was my sis. he also so Dr. Hadaegh which is also my client who is his classmate at USC as well.
Gave him overview of our design process and how streamlined it is. Gave him pointers again how we compare when it came to QPS (all this was provided for him in original email introduction).
He said he may do social setup himself cause he’s quite savvy, quoted him Platinum with/without Social. Asked about video tour, will refer him out for that. Asked about hosting, went into details of cloud hosting and the benefits of it. Will send him proposal with logo examples. Also discussed social media and how we approach it compared to other social companies which he liked.
Overall, he is very interested and it seems he wants assurance that I will be coordinating and available in the future if needed. Knows i’m not the designer and that he will work with someone but assured him again i’ll coordinate and put my input.
