Regarding going Live:
I can see through public records that your domain name is hosted through enom.com. If you can please provide me with the login credentials for this account, I can proceed with making the website live by updating certain settings within the account, once I get confirmation from your end to do so.
I also wanted to ask how many email accounts you have associated with the domain name? If we transfer the domain to our godaddy account, this would sever the connection for your current emails, leaving you unable to access them (you would have to back up your emails onto your desktop so that you would be able to access older emails should you need to reference them) but we could recreate these email accounts in our godaddy account, but again, you just wouldn’t be able to actively access your older emails in these new accounts if we do this. (Also, I’m assuming the email was set up in the enom account. Please let me know if there is another email setup that you are utilizing)
So the options are:
1. You can leave your hosting and emails as is that way there is no interruption in email service (but we wouldn’t be able to manage any email troubleshooting)
2. Transfer the domain name to our account, severing the email account connection and creating new email accounts (1st email is free of charge, each additional email after 1 is $5 per account)
3. If you’re a fan of gmail, g suite offers an intuitive email service through g suite – they essentially charge the same ($5 per account) but you have access to sharing files through their cloud-based service, google drive, which is very convenient as well as using their interface and other products included. Here is the link to g suite if you were interested in this option.
I look forward to your response. Glad we’re almost there!
