Dr called me back, extremely nice. Never had a site before. His colleagues all have sites from different companies and wanted to shop around to do comparison. Dr also stated his son is graduating dental school and the idea is to build up this practice so he can take over and understands the importance of the site today compared to back then.

Dr did receive my original email and stated he definitely wants a “custom design”. I had pointed out to him so he understands ahead what custom design means with other companies and how we are literally custom from scratch. Dr was not aware and was glad that was clarified so he doesn’t get tricked.

Gave overview of what we do vs others when it came to QPS. went over our streamlined design process.

Dr has a logo already but nothing else. Proposed the 360Shield at $7,500 + $299/m. Dr stated it was out of his budget but i had insisted the importance of it since he never had a site. Tried getting into the technicality of the advantages but dr seems adamant he doesn need it. I scaled back down to the Platinum at $5,500 + $149/m which didn’t include the logo.

Dr mentioned that it seems he need to do some further research over the weekend (politely). Told dr again how we compare to others and if he can, to let me know after his research who he’s talkign to so i can point out the differences along with their hidden fees, terms, disclosures, etc.

Told dr i’ll email him the proposal to review and to confirm once he receives it.
