Dr called, lm for me. Called Dr back within 5 mins. Dr was on his lunch break. Extremely nice. Current situation is Dr is part of a group with an existing out-dated website, he is part-owner with other drs which are old school and budget conscious. He is opening another practice that is set to open in January 2018 that he has 100% control so this is for him and hopefully the group will follow once they see his and the value/importance of updating that too.
Dr has a logo already and does not want social cause he deals primarily with referring Drs since he’s an oral surgeon. Wants to make sure there’s a referring doctor section and also TRUFORM which is with PBHS which i had explained how it works independent of the site.
Dr also will be having a videographer once the office is built so he wants to implement that which I also assured. Overall, dr doesn’t know much about website and where to start so he’s asking all of these basic questions.
Dr Carr was referred to me by my client in SF whom he had a great experience working with me and trusted.
Discussed the Platinum as a default without the logo and social, emphasized the 360 Shield (currently available before new package starts in a few days). Dr right now wants to focus on the web development and then consider that later on once his office opens. Dr said that it seems like it doesn’t deal with the aesthetic and more on the technical side than he can hold off on it.
I ve put together a custom proposal for the Platinum without Logo & Social deducting only $500 from the $6,000 which should really be deducting $1,000 ($500 logo & $500 social) based on the a la cart AND kept the monthly at $149 instead of $139/m.
Also, dr was considering waiting until next month to start but advised dr for SEO purpose, its good to get it up asap to start building history. Dr understands.
Dr stated that he will review but so far looks good. Sent dr proposal to review. Hot lead.
