Called Dr. Stuart at our scheduled phone conference. Dr and his partner is in a small town, patients are primarily fee for service. Looking to rebrand the netire site which is extremely old, new logo & social media. Also wants to fight back the negative reputation they have online currently when someone searches for their practice.

Based on all this, I had suggested presented the Platinum & 360Shield in that order. Prior to this, gave him an entire overview again of us compared to others when it came to QPS. Dr did receive my original email with all of these main bullet points along with examples of our current projects (been communicating back n forth via email prior to this call).

Found Dr’s G+ listing which has 3 star and only 2 reviews. Pointed out to Dr how this actually is easily fixable because there’s only 2 reviewers to give him this 3 star avg out of 5. Told dr he had 3 stars but over 100 reviewers, that requires a lot more reviewers to increase that avg. He is showing right now on G+ map but ppl are discourage to click on it cause of the 3/5 star avg. He agreed and liked the guidance. Advised dr to work on this with family, friends, colleagues, & patients in meantime. The site we develop for the dr will have all those components for new and existing patients. Also pointed out to dr how he can control the reviews as well as part of the checkout process which dr also liked the idea. He was interested in someone doing appt reminders, reviews, birdthday, etc… basically more internal.

Dr was more interested in the Platinum package because he and his partner had a certain budget in mind which was around $4000. Gave dr a lot of pointers on the value of our work in the long run that will be a good investment. Dr does see the value so far talking to me cause i gave him a lot of good advice that he didn’t see and was not provided by other companies.

Dr asked to send proposal so he can review with his partner. Also asked if the previous examples of current projects we did the logo for. Told dr i’ll review which one and notated for him and also provide other ones. Dr is very nice and seems very intersted. f/u next week.
