I requested that he post the articles on his and his wifes website so that I may use the URL’s to post to their social media accounts that we had set up for them.

– They are using 1and1.com and Dr. Faleye wasnt quite sure himself on how to post blog articles to the site (he may end up creating a page and putting the google doc links within the page as opposed to creating a category that lists each article chronologically – similar to our process – if he does so it may become problematic – will do some brief research if 1and1 provides something similar to categories and advise dr. to implement for best results).

Unfortunately, Justin has moved to another department and would no longer be able to address this. But I was able to look into the charges with our accountant to get some clarification.

Regarding the charges, each $375 charge is the initial setup fee for the social media accounts – Google plus, Facebook and Twitter. And I believe Justin had provided a discounted price of $375 as you were getting it for 2 websites. The $149 is a monthly charge to write and post monthly articles to each of your social media accounts. (As we are not the webmasters of your sites, we will need you to post these articles to your site, which we would then use the URL regarding these articles from your site to add to all of your social media accounts).

Did you receive the email I had sent you and Adeola regarding Blog topics to be written for the year?

If not, here were links to the lists – you can update these lists yourself and click the submit button which will directly feed these changes into our system.

I spoke with Dr. Sam Faleye several days ago regarding the social marketing project we are implementing for both practices and just wanted to let you know that the creation of the social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, and Google Plus) is underway and should be completed by the end of this week or early next week. Once completed, I will add you as administrators to the Facebook account and provide you with login credentials for Twitter. (for Google Plus, the login is with whichever gmail account you had initially created the Google business listing with).

For Google Plus, I recently had a verification code sent to these emails:

From there monthly blogs regarding each of your specialties will be written for each of your practices which will be provided to you through email to post on your website. Mentioned that his wife’s website was the priority (I will begin making accounts for her practice first)
– Dr. was also interested in FB marketing and how you can target specific types of people i.e. pregnant, just women, certain people in your area – He had tried google adwords but didn’t like the experience much as he didn’t know what the ROI was.
– Also inquired about content – everything on his site is what he put together – he was interested in using something more comprehensive – let him know that we do have content, and would look into the pricing and terms to use our content (will send dr. links to our content once pricing is confirmed)

– After mentioning all of this I confirmed with Dr. that the product he had ordered was creation of social media accounts and the writing of articles that he would have to post to his website that we will then bring the link **** I need to tell him that he needs to create a blog menu on his website for this content to go to. Let him know that the other marketing inquiry and request for content were separate products that I would get back to him on the pricing for – but he did agree that the product that he did purchase is a good start, as his wifes practice doesnt have any social media accounts.
