– January was very busy according to her and was fine that the project had slowed down – she would like to get the ball rolling again – there was a delay in getting images – they just got them 3 days ago which Angela and Terry will be going through.

Very disappointed.
This bio cannot be used.
I started to edit it and just abandoned it as I would have to re-write the whole piece.
I have sent messages to both Charles and Danny about the poor quality of the writing.
I have asked them to halt the work until I speak with them.

10 pages of content writeup. Dr sent me an outline of menu her developer (TERRY) is doing. Site is being developed, not done. Dr wanted custom content only, no design.

I will be emailing Dr to introduce the project manager on this once assigned. Then dr will introduce TERRY. Dr is aware it is write-up only, no back/forth.

Attached is the sitemap outline she had originally sent me. Just for reference.

I told Dr to make it simple cause some of the many pages she has there does not need write-up which she agreed. Told her minimum is 10 pages which we will charge for and then go from there.

IMPORTANT: after 10 pages, Dr is aware it is $100 per page. LET ME KNOW when it surpasses which it will so we can charge before proceeding pass those 10 pages. I would recommend depending on remaining pages needed, try to organize it in 5 or 10 pages so we can charge in bulk vs multiple charges. Hope that makes sense. Let me know regardless so I can setup billing.

Sent dr proposal for 10 page of content at $100/page. Told dr project will be $1,000 min. There will be more potential pages but will charge accordingly. Originally was going to quote based on her outline but some pages does not need it so to keep things simple to go this route.

Dr sent, took a look at it, called dr to verify cause some of the pages are broad and what her intentions are within those pages. Had recommended to her if lists of services, it should be on individual pages for SEO purpose which seo is a concern of hers.

Dr called in 2 days ago, didn’t provide information, adding it today. Been going back/forth via email.

Dr overall is getting a new website developed already and is in the works, not completed. Wanted to get information on getting content written up cause the person doing it doesn’t know the dental industry. She wants it to be custom for her only. She said she has an outline of the site that she will send to me to take a look at. Did quote her about $100 per page min but will give her an accurate total cost once she send me the outlide. Gave her my email to email me.
