Based on your recent feedback, I have updated the design drafts below. A few things to note:

-The logo will be replaced once we finalize a practice name and logo design.
-I added more white to make the design appear “brighter”; the design will look much better & cleaner once it is developed and interactive!
-We can change out the photos & text at any time.

I think we are at the point where we can start developing the website – that way we can start customizing the other pages while we are still working on the details for the logo design. Let me know your thoughts! 🙂

Leigh said they are speaking to a trademark attorney about their practice name, “Orthodontics of Santa Monica”. There is an existing practice called “Santa Monica Orthodontics” and they want to make sure there will be no issues if they pursue the original name.

Process

1. You will receive an initial five concepts to start with. We can mix and match designs! At this point, try to focus on shapes and fonts rather than color.
2. Revisions: You will get approximately to 5 rounds of revisions. Let us know what suites you and what does not, don’t worry, we’ll try our best to get them as close as possible!
3. Approval: After the logo is approved, we’ll send you a set of files that can be used with any print shop or graphic designer. We’ll also add it to the website.

Had a call with Leigh at 4pm today  – had a phone call with Leigh – went over the package and gameplan – wanted to update the proposal so show blogging for extra $100/m – sent proposal – she will order and will walk her through the design process

Spoke with Leigh – very nice – she called a few times – said she called last week but no one called her back – she called again today and was on hold trying to speak with someone – Danny and I were busy but I called her back ASAP

She was a bit upset that no one contacted her but assured her that we are all about client care and support and I am very very responsive, she will be able to see it through my work habits (Email response time, follow-ups, phone pick up, etc..)

She was referred by Patterson Dental – she saw that during our conversation that I was very thorough and articulate. They need someone who is very knowledgeable in the orthodontic field and knows Santa Monica – addressed to her I know their area and sister lives in Brentwood

Presented the new packages for her – told her to work with Website first then Marketing – gave her the perspective and that these are two independent products

Advised setup website first then do PPC for Santa Monica because it is very competitive

$300/m — PPC Management

She wants to have a phone conference with the doctor on the 26th at 4:30pm with the doctor – they originally wanted to meet – told her I can do everything over the phone with her and provide the same confidence and answers as if I am in person – we are also local to add to the assurance
