Dr called me back. Went over with him the design process and what we do compared to others. Dr was babysitting his 2 month old and other kids. He said he couldn’t really discuss in detail earlier cause he was at work and his plans are to open his own private practice located in Detroit not Grand Rapids. Detroit is more competitive.
He was interested in SEO cause he’s heard about it which I had gone over with him how it works from on-site to off-site. Went over with him PPC as well which he’s never heard of and how it works. Dr liked that idea more than the SEO but may want to do both but does want to get immediate exposure. Didn’t know that SEO is not immediate. This is a new site, no history so PPC is the best way to go.
Dr was very intersted.
Setn dr email with proposal again and login credentials cause dr asked what was the next step. He seems very easy going and wants things to be streamlined cause he doesn’t want to deal with it.

Called dr per his request, provided ph #. Dr is in bt patient, speaks very monotone. Looking for Web, not sure on everything else. Wants to do marketing too. Didn’t have much info from initial inquiry. Dr gave me this just now to see: https://findadoctor.spectrumhealth.org/physician/profile/62
Wanted to see if he has his own practice or part of network or hospital but dr had to go see a patient. Said if i can to email him a quote and give him a call in a few hours when he’s off. He said he didn’t really want to discuss at work right now (seems like he wants to keep it confidential).
Told him i’ll email him a quote to get a ball park. For Marketing, I will give him a quote as well too.
Did give him an overview of what we do vs others when it comes to QPS.
Will put together a proposal for Platinum for now (360 shield package not set yet and options are not available to select right now). Will keep PLATINUM and Marketing separate (no 360 plan) cause dr wants me to look into his area to give suggiestion on marketing and quote.
