Called Rhonda at 12pm per our scheduled time. Was driving on the way to the dr’s office. She mentioned she found us in ValuPack and decided to call us seeing we do custom design which is what she needs for the Dr.

She said she’s ashamed of their website and knows the importance of it cause they are active on social and local ads. (Prob confused us with a similar name and googled us to go to our stie instead).

I did point out to her how what we do, we focus on visitor conversion meaning we design it from the patient’s perspective.

Gave her overview of our design process and how we compare when it came to QPS.

Went over with her the 360 Shield (introducing it for the 1st time). She mentioned that she is aware of what this is and that she may have it hosted internally and will take care of this SSL on their own but will keep it open in the future if they stay with us but the main focus now is the makeover only.

Currently logo only has Orthodontics but need to add “& General Dentistry”.

She said to send her the proposal and info so she can discuss with dr since she is on teh way there. Very nice and hot lead.
