If you wish to have us manage your social media with on-demand updates, it would be $10/m per social. Google+, to be honest, does not require updates... just reviews and followers which I can help you. Facebook, would only need updates really. In regards to the advertising campaign, it is a separate feature in which you can add on after the site is developed. I saw the competitors pricing regarding the monthly campaign in the Gold and Platinum. Please do not be fooled if you think $200/m or $300/m as part of all the other features they are including is a sufficient amount of money to market your practice. Say $59/m is to maintain the website, so if you go with the Gold which includes Monthly Campaigns for $200/m. That is a difference of $141/m. $141 divided by 30 days is about $4 per day in terms of marketing money for a campaign which is not sufficient AT ALL.
