#1 – Add the ‘Make an Appointment’ section from the homepage to the footer of the inner pages.

I have informed him that i quoted 1-2 weeks for the website to be back from development. We are reviewing the website and should be able to send it to him very shortly.

I see a charge of $79 in addition to $2000. What is that for? You cannot start the monthly charge before the website is even up. And I am most probably going to host it myself anyways. Please correct this, Thanks. ”

“Hi Alok,

I am letting you know that Justin is out of the office and I can answer your questions about the monthly charges. Our monthly charges start 30 days from the start of the project or the first payment is received. In order to develop the website, we apply all the same resources for a live site including a hosting fee, as the developed site needs a place on our server. Your website will not be live yet. As soon as you are hosting your new website on your servers, the monthly charges can be stopped.

I can have our accountant go over the hosting fee and monthly charges in detail if you would like more information.

Spoke with Dr. Sheth – very nice – her husband was the one who gave me her number – he works for Google and knows about Google Adwords

Practice set to open by January – just signed the lease today – will start construction in a week or so

Advise to start the website first ASAP and do marketing after – she was onboard with that – she felt like she didnt need to speaking $3,000/m on marketing – later found out her husband can manage the marketing – worked in my favor regarding the recommendation – she felt the site is very important as well – will review and get back to me – she was driving
