Called dr back per his request earlier. Dr is free now and its a good time.
Dr stated that he recently bought out his partner who also passed away. Looking to get a new site and rebrand cause site is old and been sitting there. Knows that he needs it updated and was told about the site to be careful not to lose history. Told dr that i did find the site online and saw the domain which is under his and his prev partners name and told him it is correct about the history but to rest assure that we will make sure we preserve it if he goes with a new domain name. Dr also mentioned about getting social media but dr stated he doesn’t believe in it but knows its necessary so looking for someone to take care of that as well. Dr has a logo already recently done.
Gave dr an overview of what we do vs others when it came to QPS. Went over with the dr the social media part and what we’ll do. Dr was concern about patients posting negative stuff which i told dr we can set it where they are not allowed to post or post but they will review to approve before its posted. Dr liked that idea and didn’t know it was possible.
Dr currently uses revenue well which i am familiar and assured dr that it has nothing to do with site and that he can contact them in future to connect the google listing to that to direct them from revenue well to go there leaving reviews. REvenue well basically deals with patietn f/u appointment guiding them to submit reviews. Dr also discussed Eagle Soft which i told him if they have patient portal then they set it up. What he can do now is to put forms online to download but manual work is still done through office. Went over the Fillable Form (hipaa with him and was going to quote him but dr stated he’ll just see Eagle Soft to do that).
Dr asked to send him info so he can review. Potentially hot. Pricing will determine but his main thing is to have someone know what they are doing and manage it for him which I have assured. WIll f/u in 2 days. Dr will reply to confirm if he received email he said.

Called, dr picked up. Wasn’t sure who i was but then remembered. Dr asked for me to call him back in about an hour cause he’s with a patient right now. He knew we were on Pacific time cause he said “i believe you’re 3 hours behind so if you can call me back around 1:30 pm ESt” which is in another hour. Very nice.
