1. Any current content you’d like me to include e.g. A Doctors Biography, Office Description, Types of Insurance taken, Patient forms (If you have one)
2. List of Associations that you are a part of
3. Any profile images of yourself that we can use on the website (optional)
4. An image file for your practices’ logo – preferably an EPS file if not we can use a Jpeg or PNG file format
5. Video URL link that you had mentioned
6. Social media links

Spoke to Dr, looking to get a website built. Brand new site. Practice has been around for a while now. Talking to chiroplanet (templates). Been quoted around $0 to $500 to start.

Gave dr pointers on the difference going with them vs us for a similar package we do not advertise. Budget is important to him. Dr was pretty much pursuaded with what i had pointed out. Primarily the exclusivity of the design. (dr is in a very small city and nearest big city is hundreds of miles away).

Scheduled dr call for design interview and assured him of the streamlined process. Dr was going to give credit card but he had to go and said he will call me back in 2-3 hours.

Setup interview for next Monday at 9:30am PST.
