We’ve tried reaching out a few times to finish your website project. I believe we were very close to launching the site, but you mentioned to review a few items before doing so. Did you get a chance to review? Please let me know what changes you’d like to see and we’ll get it done as soon as possible.

Called and spoke with Dr. Oyedele to provide a status update regarding the entire project. She was fine until I told her that she didn’t have social media in her package. She is upset on how the package was presented to her as she was under the assumption that she did get social media and not necessarily me in general. She wishes to speak to a “higher” authority since I informed her that Justin is no longer with us.

Below are specific instructions:

– Make sure that the Hero Slider is implemented on the home page.
– The size of the Header section AND inner slider should be 1/3 of the Hero Slider.
– The “Welcome to Our Practice” section will be the WP output.
– The Testimonial section should be a carousel with multiple reviews and the navigation controls should be present by DEFAULT.
– The “20% Off Cosmetic Dentistry” section should be a Divi Slider so that the client can update it in the future.
– The “Map” section should be disabled and only activated when the user clicks on the map.
– The Hero Slider, “Lasting, Healthy, Beautiful Smiles,” “What Our Patients are Saying!” and “20% Off Cosmetic Dentistry” sections should have the parallax effect.
– Please add proper spacing between the featured image and the content for all inner pages.

Transitions / Animations / Effects Section

01.) The following listed below should have animation by DEFAULT.

This process will take about 1-2 weeks and if you have any content material, please send them my way. This includes photos, biographies, forms and anything you’d like to mention on the site. You’ll get more opportunities to review the site and make additional changes as well.

Client called – asked why she was charged the $79/m before the website is not even live – explained to her that although it is not live to the public it still uses all the technical resources as if a live site would – she then addressed that I did not inform her of the payment schedule which is incorrect because her comments contradicted her accusations – we in fact discussed the payment schedule because she asked to split the payments between two cards – I also sent her the proposal on October 11 and addressed to her that I sent her the pricing, features, and under the credit card authorization that it even states it – she argued and said that she didnt read it and that I never told her and that I only discussed the initial fee – I told her if you are signing on with a company, you should always ready the credit card authorization or everything within the proposal – it its not my responsibility – it just kept going back and forth with a he said she said type of ordeal – told her there is no benefit in me lying to her about a company’s payment schedule – if I told her how the payment schedule looks like for the initial I instinctively tell her when the money fee would be as well

She does not want to pay for the project until it is finished and she does not want to pay for the monthly fee because it is not live – also stated I never told her the payment schedule which is false

She wants to speak with someone higher up

Based off of our last discussion, I have compiled new design drafts for your review. Please take a moment to review these concepts and let me know of any changes you would like to see. Additionally, we want to focus on the layout and colors of the design, as the text and images can be changed at any given time.

Called and spoke with Dr. Oyedele. She likes the improvements but REALLY wants to use her photos instead because the photos from Shutterstock just are not cutting it.

Revisions

– Change the fonts (A few drafts to show the differences)
– More diversity of ethnicities for photos
– Models that aren’t too casual (clothing-wise)
– Update the main image with the orthodontic image
– Add two additional services: Tooth-Colored Fillings & Oral Disease Genetic Test
– Update the menu to reflect a normal menu.

Additional Comments

Dr. Oyedele did not get a follow up from her photographer. She will continue following up so that we can use her photos for the design draft.

Called and spoke with Dr. Oyedele on Wednesday, 10/25.

Primary Concerns

Her primary concern was the hero image. She did not like the smile of the model as it was too “rough.” She couldn’t focus on the overall design due to the image.

Other Revisions

– Change the fonts, she felt that the fonts were too boring.
– Reduce the amount of deep red.
– Update the “Meet Jumoke Oyedele, DDS” section to reflect the doctors as a group.
– Remove the Invisalign association logo and add Clear Aligners instead.
– Update “Welcome to Our Clinic” section to “Welcome to Our Practice”
– Change the photo for the “Welcome to Our Clinic” section with happy smiling people instead.

Dr. Oyedele followed up via email and provided her feedback on Wednesday, 10/25.

First, the pictures are definitely up to the standards of aesthetic cases I have done. I am emailing you the samples of some of the actual cases I have done.

Please pull other pictures of great smiles from my current site. I also like sites with moving and interactive type pictures.
