    I will work individually with your practice to build a fully custom, professionally designed, mobile-friendly website. My fee is $3,700 which includes the following:
    As a professional designer, I will create original design exclusively for your practice.
    My in-house development team will program your website using widespread Worpdress platform.
    I will set up SEO foundation for your website.
    Your site will be fully editable and will work on mobile and desktop devices.

    Comprehensive, original content is necessary for good SEO. If the content on your existing website has been written uniquely for your practice, we can re-use it on the new website. If it’s not original or if you’d like to re-write it, we can connect you with an affordable content writer who can write quality content for you, at a reasonable price.

    The SEO (search engine optimization) foundation that I provide helps ensure that your site follows all Google’s recommended guidelines, which by itself can improve your Google ranking. However, if your practice is located in a highly saturated market and you want to compete with other local practices for higher search rankings, you will need advanced SEO to optimize your entire online presence beyond just the website.

    You don’t have to go for advanced SEO right away. My complimentary full SEO setup will cover all the essentials, will likely improve your position in Google, and will save you money on any SEO in the future. You can wait a few months after your website is published and then check your position on Google. You may find that you rank well enough and don’t need advanced SEO.

    If you decide to pursue advanced SEO at that point, I can recommend a reputable SEO firm with reasonable pricing and flexible options (one-off SEO projects as well as monthly). The firm that will evaluate your needs and give you a proposal for advanced SEO.

    * Copywriter, SEO specialist, and any other professionals we recommend are not affiliated with us and will be working with you directly. We don’t receive any commission for referring so all our recommendations are unbiased and based solely on professional qualities.

    What Makes Us Different:

    Our fee is much lower and includes more. Many companies charge $5,000-$9,000 for a comparable custom website.

    You will own your website: Many healthcare marketing companies offer subscription website packages for $80-100/month, but you never own your website and your options are limited. Over a period of time, the monthly fees add up, and at some point your costs exceed the one-time fee that you would have paid for your own website. By contrast, we will give you a website that you will own and that will last many years.

    No monthly fees from us: We don’t charge any monthly fees. The only ongoing website maintenance expense will be a small hosting fee (about $6-20/month) that you will be paying to an independent professional hosting company. Or, perhaps you already have a hosting account. We will discuss this further during the project.

    Ease of use: Going forward, you or your staff will be able to easily add and update content on the website. We will always be available for questions or for a la carte website work.

    No vendor lock-in: Many healthcare marketing companies will build and host your site on their own proprietary platform, in which case you will lose your site if the company goes out of business or if you decide to use another web designer. By contrast, we will build your site on a nonproprietary WordPress platform, so you will not be stuck with any single web company against your will.

    ustin, they 100% provide design and content ownership, just got off the phone with them again. No charge to leave them, wordpress website, and 100% ownership. They charge $39 monthly fee for maintenance and server. It's $3295 to build the website. They told me they don't do any contracts and wouldn't have a proposal to send over. So I won't have that for you unfortunately. No pressure, I don't want you all to match if you can't do so.

    Dr. Khan, Also, I understand you sent me their site pricing for $3,295 but it does not state that you OWN the DESIGN & CONTENT (very rare) -- NOT JUST DOMAIN (very common). Hence why I would like to see in writing that it clearly states you own the design and it's content (not the domain). If they do not provide design & content ownership, you can not take the website entirely if you decide to leave them. I will not be able to price match then because, with $700 more with us, you OWN the design & content from day 1. Thank you,

Isn’t that worth that $700 difference to better convert your patients and better reflect your practice?     Google reviews is one thing, but word of mouth and how long they've been around is another. Hmfusion, for example, is another company I'm considering. They are quoting $3295, as stated on their website: http://hmfusion.com/website-design/custom-sites/#pricing. They have been around for several years and I know of people who have used them with good results. Their designs are nice as well, but I'm confident yours will be better. Thanks!

    Gotcha. Ok final questions: Would that fee include content creation? Anything particularly special with SEO compared to others? Asking since the other quotes from hmfusion, ninainteractive are much less and they have also been highly recommended. Lastly, your estimate mentioned assuring price matching and beating. Hmfusiom, a website many dentists and my colleagues have used, charge $3250 per their website. This would be for ownership as well. I appreciate your help in this matter, thank you!

They charge $39 monthly fee for maintenance and server. It's $3295 to build the website. They told me they don't do any contracts and wouldn't have a proposal to send over. So I won't have that for you unfortunately. No pressure, I don't want you all to match if you can't do so.

    Dr. Khan, Also, I understand you sent me their site pricing for $3,295 but it does not state that you OWN the DESIGN & CONTENT (very rare) -- NOT JUST DOMAIN (very common). Hence why I would like to see in writing that it clearly states you own the design and it's content (not the domain). If they do not provide design & content ownership, you can not take the website entirely if you decide to leave them. Isn’t that worth that $700 difference to better convert your patients and better reflect your practice?     Google reviews is one thing, but word of mouth and how long they've been around is another. Hmfusion, for example, is another company I'm considering. Asking since the other quotes from hmfusion, ninainteractive are much less and they have also been highly recommended. Lastly, your estimate mentioned assuring price matching and beating. Hmfusiom, a website many dentists and my colleagues have used, charge $3250 per their website. This would be for ownership as well. I appreciate your help in this matter, thank you!
