I am disappointed I must say. Seems half-hazard put -together and disconnected. There are things you guys wrote and then that I wrote (see 2). It needs to be consistent throughout the entire website and all the explainations follow the same format. I DID expect more.

1: I expected MOVEMENT in the top picture. I kept asking about this prior to signing up and again when discussing the website. A stagnant picture isnt’ cutting it for me. When I got the concept email, I thought it was just a concept – and that would be a little different. Even the example site you drew from has rotating pictures. So, something needs to be done with that.

2). Nothing has changed with the material in what was written for the procedures. IT is EXACTLY what I wrote before. This was the same issue I had with previous company. IT needs MORE typed. Elaboration on the procedures more. From what I understand, things need to be repeated for organic searches. I was told things WOULD be written,; they were not.

3) I would prefer that if one hovers over the home menu the topics come up rather than having to click on them. can you change that so that it comes up like that?

4) I don’t do noses. there are before and after in my gallery. and those arent mine.

5) body contouring and the excision of excess skin are the same thing. need to combine them.

6) vaginal rejuvenation needs to move from proceures to non surgical .

7) for the face procedures you have fillers and botox in the surgical part then repeat in the non surgical. Also I DONT’ DO NOSES! That needs to be removed. Also i am not doing lip implants.

8) take off skin cancer exicsion reconstruction.

9) I don’t like the way the before and pictures are posted. some look off=center and are not flowing well at all . they need to be side by side (before – after) not top and bottom.

and I do not like the way the page is set up . you have to scroll down to find those. IT makes it seem as though there are more pictures under the categories.

10) please change the email contact to coordinator@allenaestheticsurgery.com

11) i do like the little pictures next to the procedures. Again needs to be consistent with pictures next to all of the categories.

12) I send pictures of the J plasma results. I would like at least one next it on the description site. and perhaps the other on the other one (it is mentioned twice);

13) on my about me: I would prefer another picture used instead of the purple again. I sent you 3 others.

I am working in hospital today until monday morning. I can call if I need to later perhaps.

The above needs to be changed. And for $6000, I expected more than this.

Love the concept and the colors! So the concept is like that but not exactly a copy, right? I have been through the copy thing and I know you guys wont do that. I really like the J plasma separate since that is going to be a key procedure. I was thinking about carrying some vitamins and supplements to do a whole “wellness” concept . What do you think?

If you still want the full existing site up, it seems that they will extend the time for you. It’s up to you whether you want to keep your full site up or have the one-page temporary site for now until we finalize a new design and develop it. I would suggest going with the one-page temporary site if they are going to charge you to extend the time.

Also, I’m assuming your previous website hosting company has your domain as well. We will need access to where your domain is sitting (it looks like it’s in Godaddy) so that we can apply that domain to the temporary site.”

“Not a fan of those actually. The first is ok. I like the way the pictures scroll but it seems monotonous in nature. different picture but tone seems off to me. The last one i like the first page but takes a long time to load. and too dark
the middle seems busy. I dont’ like light and and dark on same page. too much”

first one more than second in terms of the colors but i like the movement of the second. Had to think about why I liked the first when the 2nd seemed more lively.

dr called after hours. LM. Stated that its difficult for her to talk since we’ve been playing phone tags for the past week. Dr asked if i can just send her pricing so she can review cause she wants to know if it is even within her budget which is very low right now.

I had called and lm for her jsut now letting her know i understand how valuable her time is and that i will be sending her an email with a quote but mentioned to her that I can customize a package that is suitable for her based on the features and her budget which is usually the point of me speaking to her. Sent for her review.

Dr Allen called, lm on my vm. called dr back immediately, went to her vm.

Called, lm on her cell phone. Addressed herself as Amber. Told her I’ll send her an email with general info and examples as well and if she can reply to confirm.
