I was googling my name and finding that my website comes up which is nice, but I noticed it comes up at Kristina K Kuprienko DMD, LTD as the title heading.

Since creating this site by business name has changed to Kristina Kuprienko DMD, INC

How can I change the title of that page to come up on google at Kristina Kuprienko DMD? Google my business has the proper name.

fairoaksdentist.net is owned by Dr. Wanier under Dentrix. He wants to keep the domain under his name and set the forward to yourfairoaksdentist.com. Told Dr. Kuprienko contact Dentrix and they should be able to set forward.

Spoke to Catherine about transition; client had issues with ordering a template vs. custom. She didnt realize it was not custom. She also had an issue with the monthly payment – supposed to be waived 2 months but it was not. Chan fixed that however.

Please follow up with her since you have been speaking with her. We need to get her website live (not sure if she’s interested).

Please add this photo to the meet the dentist page for Herb Wanier. Please make sure text and photo are displayed the same as Kristina Kuprienko’s photos and text.

Also the format of this page when converted to the mobile version is off. On the mobile version when I go to meet the doctor, the first word of my text “Dr.” shows up beside the photo and not below it where it should be. Please fix that.

It looks like O360 charged my CC for the hosting fee on Dec. 4, 2017. Based on our previous email stating that Belinda agreed to wave it for the first two months, please get the charge reversed.

The four services tabs are not lined up on the main page. Can they be lined up or at least make the mal-alignment seem like a pattern?

4. Emailed doctor how to edit this page.
I cannot find the tab to edit the main page quote. Please lmk where to find the quote and edit the “dear patients” area. I’ll do the editing myself.
Also explain what DIVI means (that purple tab/link that I can click on)

5. Please add the logos for the California Dental Association, American Dental Association, Sacramento District Dental Society (CDA, ADA, SDDS) to the pages to show up on the pages near the bottom where the map and contact area is.

6. DONE – For my services media the picture for the extraction is not lined up properly. I tried to resize the picture so all four images are lined up but I didn’t get it right. This also makes the learn more tab out of line also. Please edit it.

Can you please match the font of this to the address font when putting it on the home page.

8. Under the services tab, please add Invisalign as a treatment option. I believe Invisalign has to have the trademark symbol in order to be used.

I know I was not communicating with you from the start, so I can see where you may feel out of the loop. Let me tell you about my impression of the social networking with O360.

I was pretty sure that Yelp was not included. But I had at least two conversations with Justin and he stated that FB and google reviews are part of the plan. I know I asked about these two and I also made my decision knowing these two services would be addressed. I did not sign up with O360 for just a website. The information in your email below was never once mentioned despite my questions.

I apologize that you have to be the recipient of this. I do expect O360 to stand behind their word or at least Justin’s word.
