replied back to dr clarifying the questions he had here are included in the monthly fees. gave him pointers on how bc we work with doctors only, we understand how busy they and the staff are so we have developed this streamlined design process from day 1 and in the future. Gave him examples of the updates along with many other poitners. Reattached the proposal to show him how they are default features listed on far left. Also provided dr login to order online or fax back. RTO.

Dr called me back. Very nice. Part of a group practice: www.thpg.org – he deals with the Cardiac side and the other 2 doctors deals with Thoracic and Vascular specialty. He feels the site is out-dated, bland, and the information on Cardiac is very generic and not professional. Wants a site to reflect him and his part of the specialty (cardiac) better.

Spent some time shopping around and saw our designs.

Got all this information from him which was not available at time of inquiry.

Gave him overview of what we do vs others when it came to QPS. Assured him of the streamlined process. Gave him ideas on how this site can eventually be for his practice if he branches out on his own which he liked the idea. Site can be linked to/from in the future.

Dr wants testimonial upload capability for patients (images of their pic and ttestimonial but not published unless he approves. Basically user in wp to upload and fill out testimonial, then be in draft mode then published.

Dr seems very interested. Dr asked to send contract to review along with examples. Prob RTO.
