Called dr, was put on hold for 5 mins. Dr apologized.

Dr recently bought an old practice with older generation based that she is taking over. Has an existing site from previous dr which I brought up doing 301 redirect to preserve. Told her i am familiar with her current situation bc she was giving me a brief overview how she took over at the end of August. Told her that my sister is a dentist too recently bought a practice similar to hers which I am helping like I have for others in my close to 20 years experience.

Dr wants to market her practice too but wants to do it right from the beginning and also mentioned that budget needs to be considered cause she has a lot of expenses which is understandable but knows there is a need in this day in time.

Gave her overview of what we do when it came to QPS and the streamlined process on her end. Dr has a logo already and office sign coming up in front this week. Interested in dental videos.

Gave her overview of Marketing options and the benefits. Had her go on Google to look at the results for Torrance for PPC, G+, & Organic. Told her to focus on PPC and G+ and if budget allows, do SEO as well to maximize the click thru rate from search result.

Went over with her what to avoid talking to others in the future for. Discussed MGMT with her at $99/m flat rate. Told her to focus on the web then reconnect on the marketing.

Dr had to go see a patient. Was on phoen with her close to an hour. Will offer Dr 4 installments vs 2 because she mentioned a few times the cost initially due to all the overhead and I know she is definitely sold talking to me. Sent dr contract to review. HOT lead
