2. All fonts were lightened to give the fresh, minimalist look. I suggest that we reduce the coloring (it was previously requested that we use both blue & taupe)

3. Process/3 Steps Bar: updated the text and added icons. The paragraph text you mentioned is too long for the allowed space; we have utilized the first sentence of your copy.

2. Reduce coloring – stick to one color to keep the simplistic look you are aiming for.
3. Add copy to the testimonial/video section. It looks bare at this point.

Spoke to Mason (marketing) from Dr. Trichas’ office. He is the marketing person that is developing this business with Dr. Trichas. Mason understands that doctor moves very fast but is very vague on what he wants to do. Mason will be here to communicate on behalf of the doctor, but doctor will definitely approve of everything. They contact eachother more than daily and Mason is confident that he’ll be able to piece Dr. Trichas’ thoughts together.

Dr. Trichas was previously focused on dental technology whereas he believes it should be of ease for the patient not technical details. Dr Trichas agreed with Mason and I mentioned that’s what we planned for the doctor. To make this into three easy steps for the patient.

Made it clear to Mason that we do not provide the copy. We will place any copy onto the site and have supplemental information that we can provide but for the most part it is up to the doctor. I requested:

– navigation wireframe
– design notes
– home page review
– actual copy

Mason will start with the wireframe and design notes and will email it tomorrow. He and I have an understanding that we want to get this going, have a clear idea of what the roles/processes are and just need to get things past Dr. Trichas.

Got the video URLs, I will place them on the home page and the “success stories” page. When creating the videos, did they ever send you the actual files? Currently what you have sent me are not downloadable, therefore I won’t have hard copies to do anything other than embed them. I think these are GREAT videos, therefore we should include them as backgrounds, but I would need the original files. If you do not have them, it’s okay, we can still use them as is.

Also, I have a note here that your account is past due for both initial payments; I went ahead and got a temporary bypass. Would you be able to submit at one payment?

The layout we have is okay with doctor but the site is too dark. The photography chosen has a dark tone to it, please send samples that explore brighters, more light and use blues/greens for accents where possible.

Sections that need to be changed:

1. Second Section: The dark grey on the tooth background. Maybe can be white instead of grey and heading can be colored? Up to you.
2. First Section: Heading, Steps Box BGs — can be changed to whatever color / palette you choose.
3. Third Section: Grey BG can be lightened and heading can be colored
4. Fourth Section: Photo is too dark. Good photo but too dark, needs to be replaced.

Also, I found information on Dr. Sophia Chadda online and hope it’s accurate! We talked about changing colors a bit, did you have any in mind? If we’re going for a warm and friendly demographic, I think we should use some greens, and lighter blues. Your logo color is a bit dark.

Doctor called, was a little upset the second installment and monthly fees were charged as he assumed it would be when the project was completed. I explained our payment policy, he understood the second installment but did not want to be charged the 360Plan as “nothing was being done”.

Dr. Fahimi approved reducing his monthly fees to $79 until the website is live. Refunded $499 back to American Express ending in 3000. Will charge the monthly fee of $79 once approved and upgrade back the 360Plan when live.

Dr. T was not impressed by the designs we provided for him thus far. He cannot envision what the final website will look like without seeing it first. I have explained to the doctor that we cannot build out a website without first finalizing a design. Used the house analogy. There is a disconnect in our communication in being able to understand what he wants. He is very focused on marketing, which is a good thing but we need to nail down the design before we can. Dr called in, very nice and friendly, very knowledgeable with regards to website and marketing understanding the importance of each and the balance between the 2. He said he’s high-end looking for the best, always expanding his business and believes in marketing. Currently doing ppc with someone and wants to do SEO too. He interrupts a lot and gets me sidetrack but does apologizes. He does this because he gets excited with what i say and suggests so he goes off topic into other things such as social media, reviews, seo, and details of each but then asks me to go back to what i was talking about although i was fine clarifying each time for him.

He says he’s good friends with Dr. Dorfman who is high end and popular in new york. I believe he said he has an office in manhattan as well but not doing too well with marketing or successful as his montclair.

History of postcard marketing which he’s been doing for a long time but knows that it is the internet now so he believes in PPC and SEO. He finds success in marketing and was more focused on that more than his site but i poitned out the issues with his site which is not being maximized. Didn’t discredit it but told him that he may not be maximizing on conversion. He later on agreed with me and saw my point. Same goes for PPC which i gave him details about landing page, quality score, paying less for what he’s paying right now, etc. He didn’t know about that until i pointed it out.

he loves our site and our work which definitely stands out from others he has talked to which i pointed out they are prob more marketing and less website which once again needs to be balanced and both complement each other with its own purpose which he agrees once again.

Basically he brought up about a new website he wants to do focused on All-inOne Dnetal implants. he also brought up about having too many sites which can harm him which i brought up about if it is mulitple domains with same info which gogle can detect as spamming. Told him this new site will be unique like our work we do and custom content which is important for SEO. he wants unique. Told him to go with the 360Plan and quoted him. He was very interested. For PPC, he undersatnds its mgmt and budget will be set.

Dr had to go but says he s VERY interested and wants to talk to me again tomorrow. Gave him my direct line. Proposal here is created but will not send to him yet until after tomorrow. didn’t get his email, this email for CP is from his site to setup cp.
