Protected Forms – fillable forms online that are HIPAA compliant, all submissions will be sent to a portal where you can log in.
HIPAA-Certified Email – one secure email that can be accessed through Microsoft Office 365
Microsoft Office 365
We can tailor the form(s) to be easier to read as well. I am not sure if your current website company has the ability to keep the service activated for the online forms only, but I know you wanted to update the look of the form anyways.

Hi Julia,
Happy Friday! I was able to get the price down to $399 + $49/month for the HIPAA forms only. The monthly price includes storing all of the submissions in a "portal" where you will be able to log in and access the data. It also includes any maintenance that is needed for the secured forms as well.
Please let me know if you would like to proceed so we can get started on creating the forms for you.

i had replied back letting her know that we were migrating our emails yest and that it was working intermittently but is 100% ok now. Sent her a screenshot of my reply and also fwded my reply with the proposal.
called Julia per our scheduled call. It was a better time today than yesterday but has 15 mins. Put me on speaker to write notes cause she likes to write notes.
She’s new to the practice helping them with a makeover and seo. Currently managing their Social. Has experience in PPC which she had done at previous jobs. Spoke to a few companies already and is shopping around for dr. Very nice.
Gave her overview of what we do vs others when it came to QPS. Pointed out to her how her current site has no info about services which is a big integral part of SEO. Told her the importance of custom design and CUSTOM CONTENT (included in the price of $5,000 vs $4,000 for Gold).
Went over with her SEO and PPC for Marketing along with G+ review listing which i don’t see on their site.Told her to focus on the makeover which will be a optimization boost, then PPC + SEO after site is launched.
Spent 30mins over the phone with her which is 15 mins longer than expected but apologized she had to go. She asked for me to send over everything to review and she will get back to me next week with any questions. Very nice.

Told her i can do an analysis of the competition to get an idea what budget is needed when site is near launch.
