Called the office at Battery Park Dental Group. Spoke with Indira. She advised that Dr. Roytberg was out of the office and Anna was with patients. Told her I had been trying to reach someone regarding the website & account and she asked if there was anything she could help with. She said I would be able to speak with another doctor, Dr. Fabricant, about everything but he was also busy. She asked if I had emailed their office (bpdg2012@gmail.com) in which I said yes. She advised sending another email just in case, which I did after the call. Indira also advised to call back in a few hours to see if Dr. Fabricant was available.

I called Dr. Roytberg’s cell and he FINALLY picked up! He said he needed a couple weeks to get back to me on these projects and asked where Danny was. I informed that he needed to take a leave of absence but is back working externally. He proceeded to ask questions if Danny was okay and if the kids were okay. I told him everything is fine. He said he will get back to me in a few weeks.

Called Dr. Roytberg’s cell and LM – called the office and spoke with Anna (who apparently is no longer working on the website) and left a message with her saying that there is an urgent notice on his account; she advised to email and I said we had been trying to reach him for weeks.

Sent email to all addresses on file and tracked.

Called Dr Roytberg, he knows he’s been dodging us, but wants to setup lunchtime call NYC time Thursday Nov 2nd.

Desirae, please coordinate to do the interview based on the ocmments below. I had advised Dr. Roytberg before but he wanted this. This is typical of them where he says 1 thing without letting her know. They don’t really communicate. Haha. very nice though.

1.On the front we need to put a picture of Battery Park City, downtown, freedom tower rather than Midtown
2. Dr Roytberg is not the only provider, its a group practice with all specialists on staff. Therefore, his picture should not appear as the only one under “meet our doctors”

– Desirae, no need to send intro email. Please talk to me regarding this project. We will basically just create a concept and send to them. This is Simon, the client i was talking to you about at lunch. Very cool guy.

– his wife Anna will be mostly involved and has a stronger personality but very nice as well.

– we’re also going to be doing a makeover for an old website we did for them which we are still managing. Will setup a task for that too which I will discuss with you as well. Will do a draft to send at the same time.
