HOSTING – yes. Hosting is optional and is month to month. You have the option to host on your own anytime in the future. This option is available because our designs are custom from scratch. LIVE CHAT – this is the only feature we do not accommodate but can integrate for you via a 3rd party company that specializes in it. We have clients who have this feature setup and then we implement the live chat code to function on your site.
PRICE – It ranges from $4,000 to $7,500 initially and monthly range of $79 to $499/m depending on the package and features. The monthly once again is optional and month to month.

QUESTIONS:
WHAT PAGE IS 1ST/MOST OFTEN VISITED?
This depends on your online presence and what page within the site is indexed by Google based on the search term used on Google. We optimize each individual page based on the related search terms giving it the highest opportunity to show on Google. For example, if someone Google’s “dental implant” which means they are searching for this procedure, that part of your site will have the highest probability to show up so when they click on it, it takes them directly to that page vs your home page. Now on your homepage, we will design the site to put an emphasis on guiding the visitor to find what they are looking for within a few seconds vs having to click around searching for it which is a turn-off. We keep our client’s home page design clean, navigational, & all the marketing components to maximize visitor conversion.
WHAT ARE YOUR SITE NAVIGATION CRITERIA?
This will be discussed at the time of the initial interview with the designer assigned to your project. They will collect all the information needed to be based on your practice and focus which they will create a navigation outline for the visitor.
HOW LONG DOES THEHOME PAGE TAKE TO LOAD?
This all depends on each of our client’s design based on the features they want to implement. We do our best to optimize the content, file, image, & functions so it is optimal for page loading. If you look at our own website’s page speed score, it is the highest among any company you are comparing us to which will prove my point we are aware and know how to optimize the site for page loading. We keep this in mind when we develop it but there are some clients wanting to compromise this by having flashy animation or functions that will have an effect on this. If this is your concern, we will keep this in mind with our designers to advise you anytime during development with solutions or alternatives.

DO YOU USE FLASH?
We do not. This is not compatible and many browsers and smartphones. We use a combination of CSS & Scripts which provide this type of “flash-like” features.
DO YOU PROVIDE APS FOR MOBILE DEVICES?
Unfortunately, we do not. There are companies that specialize in Mobile App Development. This has nothing to do with your site but can be connected to/from your site once the APP is created. Generally, APPS are primarily used for current patients. I can refer you to a few different companies that can give you quotes for this in the future.
DO YOU PROVIDE A SPANISH TRANSLATION?
We provide a plugin that will automatically translate the website’s content which is about 90% accurate. There are no plugins that are 100%. If you want it to be 100%, you will need to have a fluent Spanish speaker to go through each page of the site, rewrite it, then add it to the site as a second version of the entire site. Basically duplicating all the pages.
With the plugin, it can translate not only Spanish but many other languages.
ARE THERE ANY BROWSER PLATFORM LIMITATIONS?
Not that I am aware of. There are many different browsers out there in the world which has independent specs and requirements.
There are NO LIMITATIONS on Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, Opera, & many other known ones. These are the ones that a majority of the world uses.
