I need to raise support ticket for serene dental PPC campaign.
We are getting a lot of call from patients of Gentle Dental ( its another clinic in Fremont ).
I tried to search for “Gentle dental fremont” and Serene Dental ad comesup first with “Gentle Dentist” in adcopy. We are probably wasting a quite a few click as most of these calls are from existing patients of Gentle Dental calling for billing, payment etc and not really leads.
I would like to change the either title of the copy or add exact match to keyword to make sure we are not wasting money.

Ervin called me back. Super nice and friendly. Looking to build a new website for his wife’s practice. She bought an existing practice closing at the end of the month.
Asked him a series of questions (logo, if there was an existing site, etc). Gave him a lot of recommendation as far as SEO for preservation of redirect to the site, keeping out-going dentist info to keep recall patient and patient retention.
Looking for Marketing as well but stated to me he wants to discuss after site is launched cause they have a lot going on right now as far as finalizing the practice sale, rebranding, etc.
Told him that he is near a University which he shoudl focus on PPC and SEO cause there are alot of opportunities and searchers online. And that there are new students in/out every year.
He did receive my initial email. will reply back to that email with contract to review with his wife. F/U in a few days. potentially really hot and is aware I will call.
