Called Michele back, transferred to her. Looking for someone to “host” their current site. Not happy with the current one which took over a year to do and feels the dr is paying a lot of money each month. They don’t know what they are doing and hard to communicate with which she was very frustrated even for simple changes. Was told they have Video Production, never got it, they basically try to compensate it by reducing the cost. It was like bait to get them to sign on for other services although they don’t do the video but was told jsut to get them to sign up.

Dr is old school and thinks the site is great but she knows its not. She wants someone who knows about web and manage it for her. Use the current one but adjust it. SHe manages their social and did a great job which she says is her doing to prove to the dr that she did it and can get it work so he has more confidence in her now to make the switch to someone who can manage the site.

told her that we should not use this and to work with a new one which is better. Bc they are month to month and depending on when it expires, we can put a temp site up and move what they have over in the meantime. She wants assurance that we can have a copy of what they have which i assured her cause we will download.

Had good ranking a long time ago but off now. Told her why back then but not now. Poitned to her how all the content for services are on 1 page.

OVerall suggest to go with Gold which I will send to her for review per her request along with examples.

Domain: braceme.com is owned and managed by their IT for registrar and emails. Will not need to touch.
bastiniorthodontics.com is control by nextad which we will coordinate to do domain transfer.
