Please find attached an updated draft which includes the edits I had gone over with Chelsea as well as some from Dr. Jaspers feedback from the previous email. The updated draft includes a more simplified layout, more color and an update to the font being used.

Communicated with Dan what constitutes a design charge for adjustments after development.

He had mentioned that it was important for the doctors to have a Blog tab – I may even suggest a blogging section to feature their most recent blog posts.

Dan will communicate everything that I had told him with the doctors – mainly doctor Tremont

Dan had requested that if there was anything regarding creative to suggest from my end to do so, as docotors would appreciate any feedback.

I think the general layout of the website is great! I think we will have to change some of the pictures, but that can happen once the professional photos are taken. I also liked Chelsea’s idea of making some of the top photos more personalized as opposed to all stock photos. Nice work so far.

In this stage, we will input functionality within your website as well as content for the inner pages. Once completed, I will provide you a link to your temporary domain where you’ll be able to navigate through/ review the different pages of your website and make further changes to content and imagery if need be.

I’ve updated the tagline as well as the image for the dental bridges. (We can definitely change any photos throughout the site at any time – even after the design has been developed)

Regarding the staff image – Did you have an original file for this (I had pulled the image from your current site and added space to the top of the image to fit it into its current dimensions)?

Were there any other changes you had in mind Chelsea and Dr. Tremont?

That Blue logo looks much better. Our “tag line” under the family photo should read “Your smile says alot about you. Makes yours beautiful at Jasper Dentistry”.

That photo of the bridges looks scary to the lay person (I think). and the photo with the male doctor will have to be replaced with photos of Dr. Tremont working on a patient….

The rest can wait for now…Chelsea and Dr. Tremont will go over the content changes they want…

Thank you for the update Dr. Jasper. I have made note of the additional images to be taken in a month.

Regarding Item #8 I’ve updated the image to picture of you in blue scrubs and have noted that we may want to change this image to a group photo, where the button “Meet the Doctors” will open to a page including your individual photos and biographies.

Please find attached an updated draft which includes all of the above-mentioned edit requests.

The staff photo on the front page shows 12 staff members -9 of them are no longer working here! There is a current photo that we must use.

The large photo of the lady and man – that lady has crooked teeth and they are not even white!!!

I don’t think our logo looks good! Too white, too small and not the current one!

Also, the picture of me, Dr. Jasper, is not centered and the “Dr. Michele M. Jasper, DDS” is redundant. You don’t put “Dr. ” and “DDS” in the name. It’s one or the other – not both!!!

Based off of our discussion I have compiled a design draft for your review. Please take a moment to review this concept and let me know of any changes you would like to see. I was planning on having a slider of several images for the main picture as well as incorporating an image/text slider for the Doctor section below the Featured Services (so that we can showcase both doctors). Additionally, we want to focus on the layout and colors of the design, as the text and images can be changed at any given time.

– Theyre open to using different shades of blue as well as different color tones, theyre not fixated on royal blue or the luminosity – will go with an aqua blue and an value spectrum between bright and neutral

– They DO want a sectional layout as Chelsea had mentioned that she likes an obvious transition between sections

OVERALL FEEL
Overall they want something simple and clean, easy to navigate, consolidated text, visual, modern

AREA
Their area is a suburban feel – include images of lightly populated areas

General range – moreso adults and elderly but see families as well – majority of imagery will be adults and elderly with sparse images of families/extended families

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
– Doctor will be sending me images to incorporate – I let them know that they can find images on shutterstock and provide me with the stock ID’s or links for me to acquire – Theyd prefer not to use stock imagery but are aware that the high quality stock images are what make the design work, and confirmed that they dont have high res images to provide.

Spoke to Dan, He is pushing dr to go with us vs PBHS. He had questions about additional costs in the future so his client is not surprised. Told him Design change, features outside of the website that was quoted, logo design, and 360 Shield at the time.

I had reminded him again the importance of this which he will talk to dr and pursuade her to.

Current promo pricing is $999 + $99/m valid until 12/31 as listed. Reg: $1,499 + $149/m.

Will quote him $999 + $99/m but only include the SSL and the HIPAA forms (no email or adapt). Making up cost for the $3,400 quoted. The $3,400 quoted is the removal of the Own/Exclusivity as noted in pricing sheet prior to expiration valid until Nov 17th.

Sent him quote for this per his request.

Revising with new 10 day expiration date and removal of features (own/exc – deduct $600 based on current pricing sheet). Added “premium website” to list to fill out package proposal page column

Dan called, back, extremely nice. He apologized for not picking up earlier cause he was on another line.

He said he appreciate the f/u but dr is just really slow in general. He did show her the new examples i had sent him to show her based on her last feedback. He assured her with our design process that she will get the customization she s looking for. He pointed it out in my recent examples to show her how she will be getting ideas from different sites to show designer. He said deal is still alive and will finalize in teh coming weeks.

He said he loved my f/u how we are not pushy or pressured which says a lot about our company. He also mentioned how he did his due deligence and saw other competitors but their own site doesn’t even load or look good which speaks volume. i told him, yea, it says a lot cause if they can’t market themselves let alone marketing their clients. I even told him it work sboth ways, there are companies who have flashy fancy websites to draw you in and impress you but they offer horrible support in the future. You need a balance of the 2 which we offer.

I told him i’ll shoot him an email next week to check in.

The deal is still alive. She does have a couple of questions/thoughts. Several of the example sites were from Beverly Hills, etc. and were a bit glitzy for her. I told her that was what they wanted, and you created it. She will want more of a family dentist approach with a focus on the doctors, team, and office.

Called Dan back. Very very nice. He is like Mark Graff (old school consultant helping the Dr. – Suggest to rebrand cause site is very out-dated.

Gave him overview of what we do vs others. Assured him of his inquiry that we can do everything for them streamlining it for him and his clients.

VIDEOS, told him we work with 3rd party that specializes in it. He may be interested but dr has videos of patients that wants to add to the site which we can in the future. Same goes for Video Commercial (office tour). We don’t do it but can integrate for them.

Gave him the affiliated discounted rate which I told him we usually offer only after a few referrals but did for him. Gave him 3 payment structure as well too. It is up to him how much he wants to charge his client which i told him it is usually $4,000 so he has a $500 cushion or more.
