Great question.
By default, all of our clients have full OWNERSHIP & EXCLUSIVITY of the entire website. We are able to offer this feature which is extremely valuable because all of our designs are LITERALLY CUSTOM from SCRATCH designed specifically for you and your practice. With this type of quality of work, we can design a site to accurately portray you and brand your practice.
When you’re dealing with companies who provide TEMPLATES or “CUSTOM DESIGN”, they can not offer you these 2 features. The reason being is is that others are using that design. “Custom Design” is their fancy way of saying they customize a template which is still a template. They adjust the colors, images, & buttons from an existing theme (template). If you cancel with them, stop paying them, or your contract is over… it goes offline. You are not allowed to take it with you except for the content and images you had provided for them to put on their theme.
With us, you’ll work with a designer which following your initial interview, we will create a 1-page visual concept to get your feedback. Based on your feedback, we will update that concept for you which will continue until you approve the concept. Once you approve it, we will then develop it into a fully functional site where at this stage, you’ll be able to navigate around to personalize the site more along with other feedbacks. All the content and images for your specialty will be provided for you as well which are custom.
If you view my original email, you will see links to our client’s DEVELOPED SITES which are not live. Those were developed after they had approved their 1-page concept which was attached to the original emails. Our company is probably 1 out of 3 in the US that is not only focused in Healthcare but also provide CUSTOM from SCRATCH. The other 2 companies, they charge at least 2-3 times more AND they have limitations on design hours, design concept, and # of pages.
The monthly fee with us is optional and because you’re on a month to month contract, you can host/manage your website anytime in the future. We will zip the entire web files to send to you or your IT to upload to your hosting server to manage. Our monthly fee, in general, is very minimal and it comes with a lot of default features in addition to the hosting which is unlimited on-demand updates, technical support, unlimited page additions, and many more.
