quoted around $1,000/m for PPC. Depneding on her budget, some may go towards Adv SEO which she is interested in doing as well.

Quoted Dr for MGMT PPC for $99/m.
Didn’t quote ADV SEO yet which will be $25/hr and min of 10 hours a month. (dr is aware via the 360 package that she saw when I spoke to her)

– domain: dr not sure if she has control or not but originally it was registered by her friend with GoDaddy but WhoIS shows a diff registrar which means Conversion Whale might have transferred it to them.
– she has multiple domains. The current emails are with her alias: skyviewdentistryclt.com but her main is skyviewdentistrycharlotte.com – please coordinate with her emails to keep it in-tact.
– she has good reviews which needs to be highlighted on the home page.

dr called in, also filled out lead which was submitted over the weekend. Had over an hour long call with her.

Dr currently with conversion whale looking to switch. Told her that I know the reason why which is typical (no transparency, paying a lot each month, don’t know what services she’s paying for, design is templated, etc.) It was basically in-line with everything i brought up which she liked.

Site has been online for 2 years only, area is competitive cause she is in the heart of Charlotte. she knows about SEO. They are doing PPC, SEO, and other “marketing” but not happy cause they beat around the bush. Also doesn’t allow her to access site to edit.

Gave her overview of what we do vs others when it came to QPS. Looking to go with Gold and then do the marketing PPC MGMT and SEO and possibly REP MGMT which I gave her an overview of how it works. She liked the PPC MGMT when I explained it to her. Budget will most likely be at least $1,000 which I did go over with her and it was something she would do once new site is launched. With SEO, that will depend if she wants to allocate more from marketing in addition or within that $1,000 budget. Will reconnect once the site is redeveloped and launched. Most of the content is hers which her friend wrote for her prior to conversion whale.

She’ls not sure if she is in a contract but thinks she’s not but will confirm with them. Dr wants to get started, scheduled design interview for this Thurs. Dr will call me back to confirm the contract and logistics in meantime. Sent her contract to review an also link to start questionnaire before appt day.
