About US

Desirae, spoke to dr already regarding Fillable Forms and alternative option (Patient Portal) with his current software. He doesn’t want to go through the software but instead just have them type in the form. He undersrtands its fillable, patients still needs to print it and that they manually enter it into their software.

Dr will MAIL a copy of the forms for us to scan and create. He is also aware that the fee is 1-time but if it needs to be updated whether 1 field or another page, there is another charge to recreate the entire file.

Should receive it by end of next week.

dr called, int in getting site developed. Dr saw we had good SEO rankign along with PBHS and officeite and prosites.

Pointed out to him the diff bt us and them. He wanted ownership which is what they can’t offer due to template. Dr also saw our client Dr. Hadaegh that he liked which had similar color scheme.

Dr wants to do SEO but issue is dr taken site down for awhile now and told him he should focus on PPC vs SEO for Beverly Hills. He understands and appreciated the honesty.

Dr asked for discount so I gave him “CDA” special to finalize. Dr provided cc and scheduled itnerview for tomorrow.

Will discuss PPC next once site is launched.
