My response:

Hi Dr. Khorramian,

We have removed the cloned site and other domain entirely. It may take a few days for this to be removed from Gooogle searches, but the real website for https://dentistporterranch.com/ was neither removed or tampered with.

As previously discussed, the “unsafe scripts” message has to do with the browser, and the troubleshooting for this is on a server-level. We have been actively working with our servers to resolve this issue, and they will be releasing a plugin to fix it soon. This does not mean your site is not secure as it still has SSL and every page is encrypted. As long as your site still has SSL, it will not affect your SEO either.

The two alternative options I have presented are temporary solutions until the issue has been completely resolved. We can either remove SSL from your site entirely and that would remove the “unsafe scripts” message (which would not be a good option) or use the cloned site we previously created. Which is more important to you – having the site secured with SSL and avoiding the “unprotected site” warning OR having the site without SSL but not seeing the “unsafe script” message? It is much more important, for both your patients and Google, to have a site with SSL.

The updates I have been providing are directly from our servers. We are just as anxious to get this resolved as much as you are, and we do appreciate your patience. Please call me with any other questions or concerns as I would be happy to explain further 1-800-997-9368.

Happy Friday! In regards to my previous email about an alternative solution, we have successfully cloned your site, applied a new domain, and added a new SSL to see if the “unsafe scripts” message appeared. GREAT NEWS! It does not show for the duplicate site: https://mkdentalporterranch.com/. You will notice there is no message in the browser.

It appears there might be an issue with the SSL you had purchased. What we can do for you is replace the old SSL with the new one we purchased and apply it to dentistporterranch.com, at NO extra cost to you. The new SSL we had purchased is the highest level of SSL that is required for all medical sites.

Please let me know if you have any questions about this before we proceed to add the new SSL for you. It will also show the padlock icon as well. Thank you!

The message you are seeing about “unsafe scripts” is a task we are still looking into and goes beyond just your website, as it is dealing with browsers as well. This is a high-security subject, and we have been in contact with our servers. We do have an alternative solution that might work, however, we don’t want to make any rash decisions/changes considering the fact that we are dealing with a high level of security. We want to make sure your website remains encrypted, and tampering with your domain to see if the message will disappear may cause further issues.

I understand the urgency to get this resolved, and I will be updating you frequently.

While there are cheaper options to purchase SSL, here are the reasons why it is better to purchase with us:
-We only use products from well-known sources.
-There is a reason why certain certificates are free or a lower cost, they are either sponsored or not supported or worst illegitimate and scam.
-Some individuals and organizations don’t offer the advanced versions of SSL that is required.
-There is no way of confirming the legitimacy of other sources.
-Their certificates come with no support.
-The process of installing such certificates are complicated, costly, unreliable and not supported by many hosts and servers.
