Site has been moved to new servers. We completed a few edits and there were hiccups as we did not have access to the new site’s login credentials. Kimber seemed to be very upset, but I explained that we have called Nick for proper credentials; we got this within 12 hours (they emailed us in afternoon initially). Edits she initially mentioned weere completed but she feels like there’s a lot to do still. I also mentioned that we requested her to review the copy as it is an exact copy of her current site. She then started sending many edits yesterday and I was able to complete all of them.

Asked today if she would like for us to keep 360 hosted site online as we should set to transition over to new webmaster to take care of edits moving forward. She confirmed via email:

Thanks! I noticed there’s an error on the contact us page, I’m not sure if there was CSS added, but the formatting does not match our staging site.

These are the changes I’ve made for your records:

1. Contact Page – updated location information
2. Menu – moved “blog” from Contact to under Orthodontics
3. Menu – added locations as a dropdown and connected to contact page.
4. Dr. Drowley Page – updated to LasVegasBraces.com in bottom of footer
5. What’s Happening Page – removed token program and placed “check back..” message
6. About Us Page – updated Dr. Drowley’s bio to read “LasVegasBraces.com”
7. testimonials.php file – updated URL to ‘testimonials’ page
8. DDS Referral Page – consolidated the URLs into one form that has all four locations per Kimber’s email
9. CSS line 716 – changed “max-width” to 60px (this effects the orange circular telephone icon in the footer)
10. Invisalign Pages – changed the business name to “LasVegasBraces.com”

You mentioned that you can make small changes in the future; but was there anything else you’d like for us to change prior to sending files?

Additionally, the accounting charges will not stop until Kimber officially cancels with us via email. This way, we can ensure that everything will be settled on the new server.

I spoke to Ronnie and made a few changes on the website while on the phone with her. She also requested that the Token Program to be updated, which it has. Here’s what’s changed to the website:

– updated locations to read Aliante and Summerlin South
– updated photos for Drs. Griffiths, Simister and Ence
– updated the “Token Program” page name to “What’s Happening” — I still added a title for “Token Program” within the page, however. We can adjust this as events change in the office.
– reached out to Joseph Stevenson Me@josephstevenson.com to possibly get other changes.

Items I need from you or Ronnie would be:

– video in mp4 format (this can also be updated after the website is live as well)
– domain login credentials: godaddy.com — to go live
– access to “Main Name Servers” — to go live

Just wanted to see if you were able to get a copy of the video for the website?

1. Please download a copy of the theme and create a design # in the design # folder. Please record that number in CP and place the copy of the theme inside. Also include XML file.

2. The addresses on the home page is not matching up. The one on the first slide is correct. They all should match the location name + number found on first slide.

This website/files are different from what we send usually. I’ve included a file called “slides-final.pdf” — This is what was approved by our client. I will break down the storyline below.


1. Slide 1 – The site will have an intro video, I’ve supplied the PSD and assets in ‘slide1’ folder. However, the background will be replaced by a video in future. Please make sure there is a black overlay.


2. Slide 2 – When mouse scrolls down, you will reach this page. Each box with text should be a button that leads to a popup (see slide 3 design). Is it possible to load individual pages in here through the loop?

If mouse scrolls without popup, it will load slide5.


3. Slide 3 – when a box (from slide2) is clicked, a white box shows up almost like a light box. The page title should be on the left, and logo/telephone at the bottom. The content of the looped page will be on the right.


4. Slide 4 – This will be the default page template. All other pages will lead to this.


5. Slide 5 – If you scroll pass slide 2, this one will show. Please note the static footer that shows up in this slide and the next.


6. Slide 6 – if you scroll pass slide 5, this one will show.
Include hover effects in appropriate areas and link all buttons/links to related pages.

All images are within the folders in case. Let me know if you need higher resolution.

Kimber (and doctors) are disappointed that a scheduled call was missed. Doctors only have intervals of two weeks to meet and discuss. She mentioned she’s called and was told Jessica is not in the office (call was not transferred), and could not reach her via email (emails are down). She does not want to work with Jessica and would like to be transferred. “I’ve never called out in 7 years” she said.

Introduced myself as a manager and would like to take over the project from now on. Emailed her my contact information to reschedule for Nov. 2. Need to confirm the time with her. She’s aware that I will be emailing.

Kimber called my direct line, stated that she’s been trying to reach Jessica for the past 1 hour because they had a scheduled cal at 10:30am with all 3 doctors. She stated that her emails are being bounced back as well (we are having email issues with GoDaddy).

Told Kimber I can transfer to Jessica but she stated that she had gathered all 3 doctors for this conference call at that time but now that window has passed cause they had to go see a patient. Told her I’ll have Jess call her back asap.

Didn’t know Jess was out today (called in sick). Address this to Belinda and she did see it on the schedule. Belinda will call Kimber to get this resolved/rescheduled.

“I think there are too many faces on the page. I would love to see our logo right smack in the middle where these two girls are so you see it LARGE and it makes an impact! Then where the videos are can we make that the scrolling pictures. Then below that the doctor pictures. And I like the shadowed staff picture behind the location. I think we can make the tabs at the top go all the way across and add a testimonial tab and video tab to that.”

Kimber had called and lm early this morning. Called her back but office vm stated they were closed, LM.

Kimber called back, extremely nice. Wants to redevelop their current site and have their current local SEO guy manage the site cause they are very happy with him. Social Media, they have someone managing it as well.

Basically in the process of opening a 4th locations so they want to redevelop their site cause it needs updates. Saw 1 of our clients Woodlands braces which she liked.

Getting quotes right now. Gave her overview of what we do vs others and how we are capable of giving them self-hosting due to the ownership features that other companies can’t offer due to templates.

Told her about our design process and time frame 30-45 days.

She gave me her email to send info over so she can review with the drs and seo guy to compare.
