I went through the website today an realized we needed to make several corrections. I appreciate your help in doing this ahead of time. Needed corrections are as follows.
1. On the home page, near the bottom just above the map. Email address is getintouch@tatianalucas.com needs to be updated to PrimedentalPA@gmail.com with the link to go directly to their email to be able to email us.
2. Please make sure the “get in touch” box has the correct PrimedentalPA@gmail.com email address too please.
3. At the bottom of the home page, the “directions” button, please include a link to a page that says Coming from Connellsville. Please take US-119 North. Take the PA-819 South exit towards Mount Pleasant. Turn right onto PA-819 North. Take first right at stop lights into Crossroads Plaza. Prime Dental is the third business to the left of Big Lots.
Coming from Greensburg. Please take PA-66 South. Continue onto US-119 South. Take the exit toward PA-819 North. Turn right onto PA-819 North headed toward Mount Pleasant. Take the first right into Crossroads Plaza. Prime Dental is the third business to the left of Big Lots.
4. When I click on the “schedule an appointment” link the email address is tlucasdds@gmail.com, it needs to be changed to PrimedentalPA@gmail.com. All email address links on the website should be this email address.
5. On the listed business hours, they are wrong. Can you please change it to reflect, Monday 830am to 5pm, Tuesday 10am to 7pm, Wednesday 9am to 5pm, Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 2pm, Closed Saturday and Sunday.
6. Also where is the patients’ info being sent when they enter information into the “schedule an appointment box”? Can you make sure this is sending an email to our PrimedentalPA@gmail.com email account please.
7. The home page looks great. However on all the linked pages the top pictures that should shuffle have almost all of the faces in the pictures covered by the top see through banner. It looks good on the home page and faces can still be seen but not on the linked pages. Can you increase the height of the pictures to what it is on the home page so the faces are not completely covered. I think that is the difference. The linked pages from the home page seem to be not as tall so more of the pictures are covered by the banner.
8. In the Insurance Accepted Tab under “for patients”, please place a link directly to the related website when someone clicks on each highlighted name. Example, the word care credit when clicked on should take you directly to the care credit website, and the same for united medical credit, and lending club. Right now it links to another financial page then you can click on the banners and be directed to the financial website.
9. In the smile gallery, can we allow people to click on the pictures and have them come up enlarged in a new window or preferably in a pop up box that can let them zoom in and out or something to that nature?
10. I spent an hour or so looking at the website on Saturday around 9pm. Pages on other websites were loading in 1 to 2 secs Max. However on our website when I clicked on another link or subfolder on the page it literally took between 15 and 25 secs to load on my computer. I have 100 meg digital pipeline internet. I tried several other websites that loaded instantly. Our website was extremely slow. I have checked it at other times and it did seem to load and not take the extended time it did on Saturday. Any idea why our website is loading slowly? I think it was one of the selling points to me when I was thinking of having the website hosted elsewhere. I was told to beware of very slow website load speed times and that your company always had very fast load times for the websites.
11. Under the testimonials, where does the “leave a review” go when a person submits one? Can we please have it go to our PrimedentalPA@gmail.com email address? If we do get good reviews can we then forward them to you to add to the testimonials page right? Also on the testimonials page and on the home page testimonials at the bottom, can we replace doctor with Dr. Lucas and receptionist with Heather to make them more genuine sounding please?
12. Also on Saturday and a few times today when I was looking at the website, the pictures at the top and on the sub pages of the website I think are supposed to shuffle through. Sometimes I counted well over a minute and the picture had not changed at all, like it was frozen, the same thing on all the sub pages as well. No shuffling pics at the top. I took a look at it again just now and no shuffle on the pics for a good 2 mins, then the pics started shuffling about every 5 secs which looks really good when it does happen. I’m not sure if it takes a long time for the website to actual load up and start doing the shuffle or what is going on but I need it to load fast all the time and I need the pictures to start shuffling through as soon as a person opens the page not after several minutes.
13. From the home page, near the bottom click on take an office tour button, then scroll down to Insurance section. Can you please add a embedded link for our office phone number 724-547-0690 in the last sentence like please call us at 724-547-0690 to make an appointment. And again when I went back to the loaded already website, the top home page picture changed at 5 secs, then 9 secs, 9 secs, then 74 secs, 8 secs, then 5 secs. Dont know what is going on there.
Thats all I have now. Thank you for all your help. Its greatly appreciated. Currently when I google search our website or any search engine nothing comes up for us. The only way I can find our page is by searching for our website address. Is this normal? Any idea how I can get our website to show up when I search for a dentist in Mount Pleasant?
spoke to Ryan for a good 35min. Had many q's regarding the different types of marketing we offer. Explained to him in detail what we offer within our different bundles as well as giving him suggestions to help the website and package gain more of a visibility online. Explained to him our process with both SEO & PPC as he sounded intrigued to set up a adwords campaign with us being that the main objective is to get on the 1st page over the existing competitors. Mentioned that they are currently getting 20 new patients a month and that a lot of these patients are on waiting list. I suggested he take a look over the options that I will send him via email and what we discussed and we can re visit this when they are ready to move forward. FU email sent.
