Dr called, opening a brand new practice. Subleasing a space. Was frank with me that she has an extremely low budget and have talked to a few companies. Dr was very talkative and had a lot of questions based on her discussion with others.
Dr was a lot about herself stating that she knows business and marketing and will be getting a degree soon for healthcare admin, recently wrote a 30 page thesis about business, etc.
Originally presented Gold to start, didn’t discuss pricing at that point. After i found out its very limited, offered her silver for $500. Gave her pointers on what we do differently from other templates.
Stated she saw our good reviews hence why she called. Stated that we prob have good reviews for a reason. Asked about company, told her we have close to 1,000 clients. Asked why they would leave or cancel… told her why (sold practice or retired). Told her that she shouldn’t worry as far as having reasons cause we have good reviews cause we take great care of our clients.
Dr said she trusted me so far compared to others who try to oversell her things that she doesn’t need. Ex: GoDaddy told her to pay “x” amount to get her domain submitted to thousands of search engines.
Dr is aware its a template and that it will be worked off of 1 of our designs which is customizable.
Sent dr proposal and examples to see. potentially hot.
