Robin called me back. extremely nice. Apologized for missing my call.

Told her that I reviewed her site and had my initial assessment but wanted to hear what her concerns are besides the obvious.

Currently with SquareSpace which she knows is a template hence why there are many limitations. Some of these are having content and images specific to each specialty… they are multispecialty medical clinic (like a hospital) with a lot of providers. Also site is not responsive and knows the urgency of this.

She did see our site. Gave her an overview of our company vs others when it comes to QPS.

Suggested to go with Gold based on what she was looking for (no marketing, no logo cause they have theirs, no social).

Gave her pointers that we know the industry and can accommodate her with the content. Currently they have a landing page for each specialty with brief overview of the specialty and bullet points to services which has no general info. (WE will have specialty pages like this setup, then within each specialty page bullet points like what they have then bookmark within the page to content library we have). She liked that idea.

They have portals (bill pay, appointment sched, etc) which is external that i had pointed out but she does know already that it is independently functional from the site which we will migrate the links over.

Quoted her Gold for $6,000 + $199/m.

Sent her contract to review. She mentioned that they have a marketing meeting in 2 weeks to discuss budgeting for 2018. Told her I will contact her 1st week of Sept after her meeting to see if there were any feedbacks and questions from the meeting I can clarify for her. She will look forward to my call. Super nice. Need to find out if they are planning on doing it this year or in 2018 since they are planning budget for next year.
