Emailed Dr. Kavety to see if she wanted to purchase branding with us (only business cards & stationery); previously quoted her $1200 for both.

Quoted Dr. Kavety a discounted price of $1200 for branding package since we already created a logo for her (includes business card & stationery).

Emailed Dr. Kavety to see if she got a mailbox set up for the new practice location. We will not be able to verify the business on Google unless she has an accessible mailbox.

Spoke with Dr. Kavety today and while her practice is not opening until summer 2018, she would like to get started on Facebook ads. She said this was discussed with Justin previously.

Spoke with Dr. Kavety and she is having problems getting a permit for her new practice. 3. Approval: After the logo is approved, we’ll send you a set of files that can be used with any print shop or graphic designer. We’ll also add it to the website.

Had a very long conversation with the doctor – seems like she wants to get started – answered all her questions once again regarding on going services included in the 360Plan – asked if i can do anything regarding the pricing – told her I can for the initial fee (10%) – she wants to essentially do Facebook ads – told her she can pay us and we will do that for her – her colleague in which we have create a website for (assuming it is ockidsdental.com) – did not ask her – she will be practicing in Pasadena – wants to look over everything and get back to me but will potentially start with us – says that other companies are recommended by the dental associations and she knows nothing about us – she’s willing to give us a try because my answers have been straight forward for her and we had a good relationship so far.
